Ji Eun: J-jungkook...

You huffed, as you tried to calm yourself down. You couldn't believe this. Jungkook on the other side, panicked. Just hearing you like this, made him know something was wrong. You were all okay when he was with you.

Jungkook: Ji Eun? Hey? What's wrong?

He said in a gentle tone, wanting to let you know he was there for you at any time. You spoke again after sucking a sharp breath.

Ji Eun: It turns... out my parents want me to be at one of the rooms in the hotel till my wedding.

Jungkook: Huh?

Ji Eun: So for that... t-they sent a car and few people from the hotel to pick me up- what do I do?

You spoke rapidly, slightly shivering. For anyone just hearing this, might sound like a simple thing where you're just gonna stay there at a hotel but you don't want to. You don't want to stay alone there, in the unfamiliar place, that too for three whole days along with the other day being your wedding.

Jungkook: What are they gonna do with you in the room or something?

Ji Eun: They want me to stay there so I don't run away in the three days time.

Jungkook: What the fuck is this logic?

He said out loud, not caring about a shit right now, whether someone could hear him or not. He couldn't understand.

Jungkook: So everything was okay when your wedding was in New York?

Ji Eun: I don't know but I think they don't wanna take any risk or something. They will be inviting a lot of people too, family, business people and all that... What if I ruin all those arrangements and such by running away even before the wedding?

He growled lowly. He was angry. Angry that he has to actually let you go this time to stay in that hotel for three days. From this anyone would know that you'll be locked up. You won't be let out. Food and everything will be given to you there itself. And only on the day you're going to meet that bitch, you're going to step out of that room.

Jungkook: Fuck. Just... go with them Ji Eun.

Ji Eun: B-but Jungkook, I don't want to.

He gulped, you gulped. He didn't want you to be there, just stuck there, even if for three days. You were already so caught up in this marriage shit and he finally felt a little light after knowing what was bothering you ever since and after he made you feel better.

Jungkook: Ji Eun, could you like, ask them to leave for now-

Ji Eun: I really don't think so. They all seem so kind but again, they can't do anything as their boss ordered them to do something and that is this. They can't afford to loose their job can they?

Jungkook: But, if you don't go with them now, then...

Ji Eun: Yeah... So I guess I should go?

You said, defeated. He took a breath in as he walked here and there, not knowing what to do, his mind working faster than ever to get an idea to let this call last longer at the least.

Jungkook: Yeah, but like... ahh...

He said out with his husky voice, snarling under his breath.

Ji Eun: Jungkook, I guess I'm overthinking. Maybe I should just go? They all seem really kind. And after all I'll be staying alone. With guards, of course. I'm surprised they even allowed me to make this call. Probably the whole hotel and those who are gonna be invited know about this marriage and shit. But it's okay. I just know whatever I'm thinking won't be happening. What more should I worry about?

You said speaking openly. His eyes quickly softened, hearing you speak bravely like this. You were his woman. That's it bro, get lost.

Jungkook: Okay then... And, if anything, you'll be able to call me right?

Ji Eun: Yeah... I think so. Okay then, I'll go now. I'll have to pack some stuffs as well. Byee... love you.

You have no clue how you said it. It just flowed out of your mouth as if it was meant to be. You blushed behind the screens, as Jungkook couldn't help but smile a little, despite the news he received from you. You smiled tightly, accepting the current situation, as he responded.

Jungkook: Bye, I love you too... Call me after you reach there hm?

You covered your mouth to stop yourself from releasing any weird sounds- like squealing; not anything else- 👁️👄👁️📷📸

Ji Eun: Okay... Bye.

As you said that, you immediately cut the line, widening your eyes at this new side of you; well, not particularly new, but you have never initiated a 'love you' from your own cause of utter shyness and nothing else.
