In The Sky Of Northern Aryavrath

A whole day had passed and night was about to fall anytime but still there was no sign of five- peaked Meru Parvat. Not just Meru Parvat, there was no sign of any mountain range.

Night could fall anytime and they cannot afford to loose directions so they decided to land of ground. They landed near a canal with a continuous wall running on it's opposite end. The hustle and bustle from the other side told them that it was perhaps a town or maybe a big city.

They fed their horses from the canal and released them in the sky. They started walking along with the canal, trying to find the gate and bridge that led inside the city.

Once they found the gate and the bridge, they peeped inside the city. The city looked nothing like Ujjain- it was shinning and shimmering with happiness and joy, though not the like Kashi but nothing less than it.

After Kashi, this was second happiest city they had seen.

Mheem's smile suddenly vanished and he frowned as she read something written on the brick wall beside the gate.

अश्रु गाँव

(Village of tears)

'Vo dekho.' (Look)  he said while pointing towards it and they all were surprised. Such valour of happiness and this name?.........It didn't match at all. 

The people of of Ashru Gaanv were rushing here and there, completing there work in a hurry so that they can settle down tension free because 'THE TIME' was near

Suddenly the whole village felt that the hair on their body stood up and an unsettling yet pleasant feeling settled over them. Everyone looked here and there to find the person next to them in the same trance. And that's when they all looked towards the door and the people who had just stepped inside.

Mheem, Khyati, Mrityunjay and Umika looked as surprised as the people because suddenly the whole city seemed to have come to an halt. Not knowing the reason behind the sudden response of their heart towards an invisible stimuli, they all resumed their hurry.

Mrityunjay looked at Umika and other two and they all shrugged at each other.

As they moved further in bazar, they started looking for a place which can offer them some place for the night or maybe some food as well.

They found a shopkeeper who was preparing to close his shop along with his son. His grandson and daughter-in-law were also waiting for them outside the shop. They decided to talk to them for help.

As they reached there, Umika smiled awkwardly and sheepishly before saying 'Pranam!'

'Pranam.' the shopkeeper said with a warm smile and their awkwardness broke a little bit seeing his smile.

'Vo shreeman hum bohot dur se aaye hain aur hume aage bhi bohot safar krna hai.........toh aap kya hume koi aisa sthaan bata skte hain jahan hum aaj ratri vishraam kr skein?' (Actually Mister we have been travelling for a very long time now and we have to travel more ahead........so can you tell us some place where we can rest for night?) Mheem asked him confidently.

Umika was impressed seeing his confidence and why won't he have that?........After all he was 'The Senanayak Mheemasur'  the second most desirable bachelor of Shaakdweep, first being her nephew Shrutsen. Umika teased Khyati with eyes and she rolled them in response.
