Mrityunjay left Umika's waist as they landed on the big ground of Ashram and the scene in front of them made there eyes to bulge out.
People were running here and there and screams of horror and fear were echoing in the air. The whole Kashi was burning and amongst this destruction stood a big and horrible looking demon who was the cause of all this destruction.

He was destroying life and property of Kashi and laughing like a mad maniac.
They heard Maharishi Markandey yelling at people to move towards Vishwanath temple and they'll be safe. Mrityunjay frowned as the demon was standing near the temple only, then why was Maharishi telling everyone to move towards temple?
Mrityunjay trusted Maharishi very much. His first priority right now was not to go and fight the demon.......but to take everyone, including the young woman standing beside him, towards the temple.
The Demon was standing near the temple blowing fire in different directions, covering the whole city under his attack.
Mrityunjay and Umika checked in the Ashram if anyone was left. They found a pair of siblings sitting in a hut with their eyes and ears shut in fear. Mrityunjay lifted one child in his arms while Umika lifted the other.
Mrityunjay held Umika's hand and tightly and started running towards the temple.
Dodging the gaze of the demon, Mrityunjay successfully brought the three of them to the temple.
'Mitra!' Sanath hugged Mrityunjay's legs. Mrityunjay hugged him back with one arm and then gazed at everyone present in the temple. He turned and found that Mheem and Khyati fighting the demon with all their might but he seemed to be unbothered and was destroying the city recklessly.
There were still people stuck in there houses. Mrityunjay was about to go out but he felt a pull on his hand. He turned only to find that he was still holding Umika's hand.
They both looked into each other's eyes for a millisecond and then Mrityunjay ran out.
He helped everyone who were stuck, near the area where the demon was, to reach temple safely.
Mrityunjay delivered the last person inside the open door of the temple and then tuned to look towards the demon who caused harm to innocents and right now was bothering Mheem and Khyati till no extent.

The people inside the courtyard of the temple shuddered as the fierce and brave looking man, whom they saw just today, roared with his one hand in the air.
