The door slammed open almost breaking off its hinges as I barged into my room. The pack horns kept ringing louder and I could hear the stomps of rogues approaching from afar. 

A large and powerful howl suddenly erupted from nowhere causing me to shudder. My father was indeed one of the strongest wolves.

In no time, the sound of breaking bones filled my eardrums. I could hear the gory scene from afar like they were eating each other. The tearing of skin made me shudder in disgust. I frowned at the thought of me, staying inside the house. Doing nothing. 

A growling sound startled me and I turned to the source to see a rogue baring his teeth at me. I smirked and came towards it. Finally, someone to fight with.

It lunged for me and I laid on my back, held its paws, and threw it into my wardrobe. It stood up angrily and ran for me again. Then I felt my wolf's energy surge through me and I caught it by the leg and threw it out of the window.

A smile appeared on my face, I felt so strong. Before I could bask in my glory, I was sent across the room. I looked to see another rogue growling at me menacingly.

"Fuck," I spat out and stood up. I prepared myself as it lunged for me. My eyes widened as the wolf was drawn back and thrown out the window.

My harsh breaths ceased and I stood up with my eyes already black. Toby smiled at me proudly. "Your wolf is starting to show. She has been kept down for so long. My brother would be here soon, I'm to retrieve you." He said and I shifted back from him.

"My family is here and I can't leave them." I retorted. 

"We will win. Especially when Zayn gets here. But I have to take you out first." He replied but I remained adamant as he walked closer to me.

"Toby leave," I said shakily but he was already an inch away from my face.

"Adriana, blackout." I felt something prick into my skin and I slipped away into darkness.

T H I R D  P E R S O N

The war raged on but it was clear that the rogues had decreased drastically. Avery ran with force into a wolf that was holding down her mate. As soon as she did that, she bit into its neck and ended it instantly. Justin gave her a nod of appreciation as they ran across the grass to the rest of the rogues.

They had to do this for Adriana, they would never let them take her. They had fought well but it wasn't enough. Everyone one of them had to die. 

"Stop!" A voice boomed across the war ground causing everyone to turn to the source.

Avery's heart broke as her eyes fell upon a battered Adriana. They found her. Adriana's father growled and walked forward threateningly. 

"Alpha."  The man said and held a knife close to Adriana's neck. "I'll kill her." He threatened and her father laid back. 

"You are going to watch us all walk away, if one more rogue dies, she dies. I don't care anymore. So don't move." 

He fumed in sadness at the loss of the battle. He could not allow them to kill her. The man smiled devilishly in satisfaction. Her best friends bared their sharp teeth at the man with pain clawing in their hearts. They had told her to stay safe. She looked like she had been fighting due to the claw marks on her pretty skin.
