A D R I A N A

........

I frowned to myself, staring around the room and already getting frustrated at the thought of not seeing her. "You know, you should stop coming at me like this. It's getting disrespectful and old."

"You've gotten quite the tongue. You must think you're so strong now. What is your pathetic wolf compared to my years of gathering power?" Her soft voice began to turn into something eviler.

"Why don't we find out? You know, I think you're just scared. Scared that I'm going to win. I don't blame you." I grunted out within my teeth already irritated.

"Tsk, child. Your words belittle me. You're right. We should perhaps wait for that night. See you, pathetic wolf warrior." She growled out. My body calmed with silence showing me clearly that she was gone.

My head swirled at the thought of everything. Soon, the door opened and I looked to see my mate with a smirk on his face.

"I knew you wouldn't sleep." He acknowledged with a smile on his pretty face. "We have worse things at hand, my love."

I nodded and looked behind but saw no one. "Where are the others?"

"They are still in the living room. I-uh came to check on you." I noticed a slight blush on his face and smiled to myself.

"Oh."

"Yeah. How do you feel?" He asked worriedly making my insides twist in pleasure.

"Good. Good. I'm tired of this bed. My legs sorta itch for a run. Is that weird?"

"No, it's not. I'm sorry that I keep forgetting you're a full were now. Which explains your super healing and itchiness to run." He replied sweetly as he held my hand. "Wanna leave this room?"

"Yes please!" I rushed out with a huff and he laughed at my reaction showing his delicate dimples that dug deep into his cheeks.

"Come on." He carried me out of bed and I immediately dipped my head into his big black hoodie while breathing in his scent. He started to walk out of the room and I almost slept off because of his appetizing warmth.

"Awww!" I heard indicating that we were probably in front of my friends and family.

"Why can't you carry me like that?" I heard again also indicating that was Avery.

"I do!"
