"What's the plan?" Frypan said. Everyone looked at me, not at Newt, our second in command. I scrunched my eyes. Come on, Y/N, you can do it.. Just like telling people to run all day.
I took a deep breath.
"When I say run, you run like hell. That means no slowing down, but we have to stay together!" I examined. "But.. We're not runners," Frypan said, looking at some of the boys that were Gardeners or cooks.
"Well, tonight, ya are.. You have no choice.. It's basically run or die out there and it seems we only have one choice," I said. I began to walk towards the door. "On the count of three.."
"One," I said, looking at Newt, with a serious look on our faces.
"Two," I said, looking at Minho, confident and determined.
"Two and a half," I said, looking at Frypan, who looked like he was about to shit himself.
"Three!" I said, kicking open the door. I looked at all the attacking Griever's and was surprised about how none came there. "You bunch heard Thomas, correct? If we get serperated, meet him at the council!" I said, jogging forward.
Soon, in the middle of it all, I realized someone was missing. "Where's Zart?" I asked. No one knew. I took a deep breath in.
I scoured the Glade with my eyes, hoping to find Thomas and Teresa. I about immediantly did, and they weren't too far away. They were running from a Griever. "Okay, you shanks, follow me!" I yelled.
I began running towards them. I could see that Alby fell, and Clint helped him up, but the Griever was basically there already. "Boys, throw em'!" I yelled. Everyone threw their spears and they landed inside the Grievers.
It slowed it down, and we all ran to each other. "Come on," I heard Chuck yell. We ran to him and ran inside the council.
