no matter how hard i try
even when I'm down you rise above
and show me the love i didn't know of
i didn't know that love like this actually existed.
a love that consumes you, and makes you think twice about an opportunity that you previously would have jumped at.
a love that makes you want to be your best self
and look at life from a different perspective
one with light and hope.
a love that is filled with self care and mutual respect
that's the love i didn't know existed.
the love I'm now living in.
and I'm so scared to loose it.
