Third Person's POV

Yawning, Lizzie blindly reached out for the warmth of her girlfriend just to be met with a handful of the cold bed sheet signaling that Scarlett had been gone for awhile.

Lizzie groaned softly and rubbed her eyes still trying to wake up fully. She looked around and did not spot the familiar blonde mop of hair  anywhere in the room. Slowly getting up, she spots herself in the mirror. Her messy bed hair was not hard to miss and she was wearing Scarlett's long black shirt with nothing under besides her underwear.

She turned to the counter where her phone was and tapped it resulting in a beam of light to shine upon her face.

A few email notifications as well as a few messages from her sister, her agent, and Hailee. The latter's text sent 30 minutes ago and Lizzie doesn't even want to ponder on why Hailee was still awake at 4am.

4:37am

"Too early" Lizzie grumbled to herself before paddling out of the room and heading to the room she knew her girlfriend would be in.

Stopping at the room right next to where she came from, she paused and stared at the office door. The door was slightly cracked open and she could hear the sound of typing on a keyboard.

Lizzie hummed at the confirmation that someone, her girlfriend, was indeed in her office.

Without waiting any longer, Lizzie quietly opened the door and stepped inside the office.

There she was.

Scarlett was sitting in her office chair in the corner where her desk was, typing away, her back was turned so she hadn't spotted Lizzie yet.

The only sound that filled the room was the nonstop clicking of the keyboard and the occasional hum from Scarlett.

Lizzie paused and stared at her focused girlfriend and that's when she noticed something.

Scarlett was wearing her glasses.

She only wore her glasses when she really had to and when she was at home, not bothering to put contacts on. Scarlett wearing glasses was one of Lizzie's favorite looks.

Lizzie bit her lip as her eyes lingered upon Scarlett's face, tracing her side profile, admiring the way the glasses looked on her girlfriend, and wow her jawline.

Scarlett's jawline was something Lizzie could never get over.

"You going to stare at me longer like a stalker or are you going to say something?" Scarlett spoke up causing Lizzie to jolt in surprise.

"You knew I was here?"

"You're not exactly the quietest, darling" Scarlett playfully teased and glanced quickly at Lizzie, "Hey, you're still wearing just that? Aren't you cold?"

Lizzie watched Scarlett scan her concerned and stop her actions momentarily. That's when Lizzie had noticed that her other half was wearing a lot more than she was last night. Scarlett was smart enough to put on some clothes before heading out of their bedroom.

Lizzie shook her head softly, "No I'm okay. What are you doing?"

"Well, I'm finishing some work for The Outset. Kate sent me this report that we need to get done before the meeting later today" Scarlett explained gesturing to her laptop.

Lizzie nodded along while wrapping her arms around herself, a shiver running through her.

This didn't go unnoticed from Scarlett who gave Lizzie a pointed look,
