Side story Part2

OFF pov.

Just as Arm was telling us the story I saw Gun standing up from his seat and sitting in front of me. And when I say in front of me I mean that he positioned himself infront of me sharing my seat. He looked back at me and started to lean into my chest with his back. He was using me as a pillow and I had no complaints. He looked at me once more to ask if it was alright and then I gave him a hug from the back to make tell him it was more than okay.

"Its fine you can lean if you feel comfortable that way. Such a cutie" I whispered in his ear. He seemed to be a little ticklish and squirmed away but leaned back to my chest.

Arm noticed this and stopped in the middle of his story time.

"Should I stop?, all you do is flirt in front of me." He complained. It was refreshing not hiding from another person about us. I was glad I gained the courage to kiss him earlier.

"No no keep going. I was just making myself comfortable." Gun told Arm and he convinced him to continue. He told us that he was still coping with the news and it would be nice if we didn't flirt much.

I just laughed at him. He seemed jealous, not like him at all. Thinking about it now, he did change dramatically these past few days. But of course I didn't tell him that, it was just for me to observe.

"Go on finish your story." I told him honestly and he seemed to take it.

"Well, where was I? Oh right he confessed to me and I rejected him." Arm started to talk again.

Arm's Pov (days after the rejection)

"Hey! You seem upbeat today, did something happen?" My secretary Jamie asked me.

"I just feel like today will be a good day. Do I have any schedule for today? If not, I wanna visit my brother" I asked her. She was the best secretary ever, there was even a rumor going on the office about her being my work wife. And she is really good.

"So far the only thing on your schedule is a meeting with Lushia, our sister company. They are planning on having an exchange internship program with our company. And you're done for the day" she mentioned the other company responsible for the ootd of my models and quality control.

"Ohh... Lushia. Well I think 2pm would be perfect. I just need to buy something outside, is that fine? " I asked.

"Sure thing, I'll contact them right away. Enjoy your trip sir" she said.

I decided to go to my local coffee shop just near our company. I like to enjoy my peace while drinking some good coffee and they do a very nice brew there. In addition to a very relaxing place the scenery is also a delight. They already know me there and a little consistency is so good in these times of constant change.

As I arrive at the place, I was warmly greeted by the guy working at the cashier. He was smiling at me and I returned the same smile. I told the waiter that I will have my usual order and they already went to work.

I got out my files for tomorrows meeting and reviewed some of them while waiting for my order. Not many people are in this cafe and I was always in my peace when I am here. I would especially pick a time where people are not usually here and now I continue working.

"Sir, here's your order." A waiter told me with a smile. I nodded at him as a sign of gratitude and he walked away. Just then the bell on the door rang signaling a person walking in.

My head instantly flew to the direction and back to my work again. But then I had a late reaction and turned my head again to see the person that I least wanted to see.
