I don't think there are any warnings necessary, just let me know if I need to add something. Maybe possible discussion of religion, but that's probably it.

M/c: Logan Belmont (17, username is stricken_by_clairvoyance)
Y/c: Virgil (insert last name here) (17, whatever username you'd like)

Logan wasn't popular in the slightest. He never tried to make friends after middle school, not because he didn't enjoy people's company, but because he simply couldn't relate to anyone. The only people he talked to were adults at family and church gatherings, and they always told him how smart and how mature he was. It wasn't like he had a choice. All he could do was study to fill his time. Study and stare at the stars.

One day, he decided to look at the school Reddit page and found someone who thought like he did, somebody that he felt almost connected to right from the start. The only downside was that this person's username gave him no clue as to who they could possibly be. After a moment's hesitation, Logan made the most impulsive decision he had made in who knows how long: he asked for their number. Just to text, no phone calls necessary. They could remain anonymous to each other as well.

He brightened at the sudden reply and texted the number. <Hello, this is stricken_by_clairvoyance. If you would like, you may refer to me as L, and my pronouns are he/him. Is there anything you'd like me to know about yourself?>
Logan leaned back against the wall by his window and stared up at the stars, patiently waiting for an answer. Maybe he'd finally have a friend.
