Yelan wasn't online, but Shinobu is! So is Itto. Hm, must be some Arataki Gang thing. It wouldn't hurt to say hi, right?

Arataki Itto: I still have no idea how to use this thing. Shinobu, you're the one who does everything for us, help me out.
Kuki Shinobu: Remember you had a phone first? *sighs* Why didn't that girl give a phone to me first and not you...
Arataki Itto: Because I'm the boss of the Arataki Gang.
Kuki Shinobu: But I'm the one that does everything? And I am way more responsible than you...

Arataki Itto: Oh, hey there, Y/n!
Kuki Shinobu: You know this person?
Arataki Itto: Yeah, and I heard that they are from another world. Plus there are rumors spreading that they appeared in Inazuma once.
Kuki Shinobu: Oh, I see. Hi there, Y/n. I'm Kuki Shinobu, nice to meet you.

Kuki Shinobu: I currently don't have any time to use the phone, but maybe we can meet up in Inazuma?

Arataki Itto: Yeah, let's go! I'll finally get to see you!

You go offline, and are ready to go.

Since F/n is still here and will leave in a few days, you need some excuse to get out.
F/n is sleeping right now, so if you sneak out, they'll wonder where have you been. Also, when you tried texting in Teyvat, you can't text your friends, only the Genshin Characters. So probably Brie fixed up the signal there to reach you. You can call your friends in Teyvat though, but if you do, they will hear the city or in video call, recognize that you're in Teyvat.
So you need to tell her you're going to...a party at your part-time job.
You: F/n, wake up for a moment
F/n: *yawns* Yes, Y/n?
You: Look, I need to go to a party with my co-workers in my part time job. It will last all day. I'll be back at around...8PM.
F/n: Okay...*resumes sleeping*

Itto: The rest of the Arataki Gang can't come today. They're handling some...other matters.
Shinobu: You mean that they're trying to get us out of jail?
Itto: Hey! Don't mention that in front of Y/n!
You: Oh, it sounds like you're in trouble...Maybe I can get you out of being arrested?
Shinobu: *sighs* Please do. I'm sure that Kujou Tengu is already looking for Itto.
You: Alrighty, I'll be right back.
Itto: Wait, tell her to accept the sumo rematch!
You: She keeps declining, so I can't. Anyway, I gotta hurry before you get arrested.
You go to the Police Station and find Kujou Sara with the rest of the Arataki Gang...in the prison.
You: Hey Sara, it's me, Y/n.
Sara: Y/n? So you're the one in the chats, am I correct?
You: Yep.
Sara: I see. Could I trouble you to do a little something for me?
You: What is it?
Sara: I have arrested the Arataki Gang, but I have yet to arrest their boss, Arataki Itto. I saw in the chats that you have talked with him. Have you seen him?
You: Oh, yes.
Sara: Take me to him, please.
You: I was going to say I want you to let him and the Arataki Gang go.
Sara: Why should I do that?
You: I'll do whatever you want me to do so you can let them go!
Sara: *sighs* Alright. Hm...what can you do for me..
Sara: A colleague of mine had told me earlier that there are some samurai spotted somewhere in Narukami Island. I-
You: You mean Heizou?
Sara: Yes, so I have- Wait...you know him? But his account isn't in the chat yet. How?
You: Oh, he was announced to be released in my game. Sadly, he will be released in the next update, which is a month away.
Sara: Okay...Anyway, I have marked the location of the samurai on your map, here. If you succeed in defeating them, I will let the Arataki Gang go.
In several minutes, you defeated the samurai.
Sara: You're back...
You: Yep, and beat them in no time!
Sara: *sighs* Alright, I'll let them go.
You: Yay!
You spilled the news to Itto and Shinobu, but then realized it's 7:58PM. You quickly left and was teleported outside of your house. Phew.
Tomorrow, go to Liyue Harbor to see Yelan.
