As soon as 2.8 came out, you claimed all the Primogems you can get and started pulling for Kazuha. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...nothing new...although on the 6th pull you got Heizou! 7...no Kazuha. You're out of Primogems now...
You decided to buy more Primogems and then got Kazuha. You spent the rest and got Klee. Now you need to earn more for Yoimiya, since you're gonna lose the 50/50. But since the Summertime Odyssey event isn't out yet, you can't get that many Primogems...besides the ones from Kazuha's Story Quest and Heizou's Hangout Event.

briiee: i can't find heizou anywhere so I can't give him his phone
You: oh. i see
briiee: i left his phone at the police station and asked Kujou Sara to give it to him when he gets back. But so far, his account didn't go online. Mind finding him for me since you want to meet him?
You: Glad to :)

You closed the chat and then went to Teyvat to Inazuma City to the Police Station where Kujou Sara was at.
You: Hey Sara!
Sara: Welcome back, Y/n. Why are you here today?
You: I came to look for Heizou. I'll give him his phone.
Sara: Heizou...so you're talking about Doushin Shikanoin, am I correct?
You: Yeah, him.
Sara: Well, he didn't tell me that he was going to leave again and he hasn't came back for a lengthy period of time. I would really appreciate if you look for him and bring him back for me.
You: Okay!...Can I bring his phone with me so I can give it to him?
Sara: Yes since you're looking for him.

1 hour later...no Heizou around. You're starting to think he's not even around at all, so you went off to go back.

I've cracked the case...now I have to go back.

You were about to go open the portal when you felt like you were being watched. (again, everyone's suspicious.) You had a strange feeling that you knew who was watching you.
You turned slowly for the moment of truth and...

Heizou: I didn't expect you to notice me so quickly.
You: Don't just stand there, come on!
Heizou: Alright, alright. It seems you're not from here, where are you from?
You: Another world. Oh, and I was looking for you!

You: Wanted to say hi, oh, and here, take this.
Heizou: What is this?...
