Keep Going ~Jiara~

OBX #16

General POV

The pogues decide to head back to camp after messing around at the waterfall.

They walk the distance and see a boat. Immediately the group starts shrieking and yelling as they run towards the water trying to capture the boats attention.

"Over here!!!" They yell "look over here!!!" The boat notices and starts drifting towards them. They all sigh in relief and start hugging each other.

Sarah goes into a hug with John B as Cleo and Pope hug and JJ runs up spinning Kiara in the air as they all laugh and smile.

The boat comes to a halt at the shore and an older looking, dirty blonde hair, woman comes out in a dress that is white with sunflowers and a beach hat.

"Are you all ok?" She asks walking towards them. She seems to be a kind lady.

They tell her that they got stranded on this island and needed to get back to their home and she agrees to take them with her to obx.

The pogues get on the boat as Sarah and John B talk to the woman. The lady's name is Lydia Johnson and she is actually from outer banks also.

She has an enormous boat with countless rooms including one for each couple plus her.

"It will be about 13 hours until we get there so make yourselves at home" the woman says as we all sit in the "living room" of the boat.

"Thank you Mrs. Johnson" John B says as we all nod in agreement. "Call me Lydia" she says smiling as she walks up to drive the boat.

Kiara lays her head on JJ's lap as he plays with her hair. They all sit down also getting comfortable for the next 13 hours.

After about an hour Pope, Cleo and Kiara have fallen asleep. That leaves JJ, John B, and Sarah.

"Hey I'm gonna bring Kie to one of the rooms, I will be right back" JJ says as he picks her up bridal style carrying her into one of the empty rooms.

He walks back siting in the spot he was before. "Hey JB I better be the best man at your wedding" JJ says pointing to Sarah and John B.

"As long as I am the best man at yours" John B says smirking. "Hey woah that's not going to be for a while plus we aren't you guys" JJ retorts

"I'm not so sure about that" Sarah says laughing. JJ rolls his eyes and gets up to ask Lydia if she has some food the three could eat.

Lydia hands him a plate of fruits, cheeses, and crackers to take to the others. "Let me know if you need anything else" she says smiling towards him.

"I will, and thank you so much, not just for this food but for all of it" JJ says. "Absolutely no problem, I love helping people" she says.

JJ walks down and him, JB, and Sarah eat some of the platter but also save some for the rest of the group. Soon enough Pope and Cleo wake up.

The 5 all decide they need a nap and head to their rooms. JJ heads into His and Kiara's room and carefully lays down wrapping his arms around Kiara.

"Where were you?" She says softly obviously still half asleep. "Just talking with John B and Sarah, now go back to sleep" JJ says as he kisses Kiara on the cheek.

"Ok, love you" she says drifting off to sleep. "Love you more" he says laying down holding her tightly.

(12 and a half hours later)

"Kidsssss, wake up!" Lydia yells down the hall.

All the pogues walk out of their rooms heading upstairs. "What's going on?" John B asks.

"We arrived" Lydia says stopping the boat at the château dock. "We made it, we finally made it!" JJ yells.

"Wohoo" Sarah and Cleo scream. "Home sweet home" Pope says as they all walk off the boat.

"Thank you so much Lydia!" They all yell as they wave to Lydia from the dock. She drives off and the 6 of them walk inside the Château.

"Cleo, welcome to the Château, this is where we mostly hung out and slept" John B says opening the door and leading them inside.

"It is just how we left it" Pope says laughing. They all sit down in the living room as JJ goes and grabs the beers.

JJ throws one to Pope, John B, Cleo and Sarah and sits down next to Kie handing her the beer.

Kie rests her head on JJ's shoulder. "I still cant believe all of that happened" Sarah says taking a sip of her beer.

"Me neither" pope says putting his arm around Cleo. "Well I'm glad it did, because if it didn't, I wouldn't be dating Kiara" he says watching Kiara play with the rings on his fingers.

She looks up and kisses JJ as Sarah tells John B "how precious"

They earn claps and awwws from the group as they pull away smiling brighter than ever.

"Hey, I'm sorry for getting pissed at you guys on the island. You two are perfect for each other and I should have understood." Pope says sitting up and looking at JJ and Kiara.

"Hey it's ok we forgive you" Kiara says turning and smiling at him. "Yeah we still love you Popey" JJ adds smiling at Pope.

"Awww thanks you guys I love you too" Pope says leaning back with Cleo.

"Hey do I need to drive anyone home?" John B asks since he is the only one with a car. "Ummm I think I'm gonna stay here at least tonight, I don't feel like facing my parents" Kie says.

"Yeah I think I'm gonna stay too" Pope says "how about we just spend the rest of the week together?" Sarah suggests as she sits up.

"That actually sounds like a great idea" JJ says. "Yeah I'm in" Kie adds.

"Ok that settles it we all stay here for the week" John B says. "Oh and Cleo feel free to stay as long as you want" John B says looking at Cleo and smiling.

"Thank you" Cleo responds smiling.

"Pogues for life?" JJ asks raising his beer can. "Pogues for life" They all say clinking their cans together and taking a drink.

That night they all fall asleep in the Château together back home in Outer Banks.
