Keep Going ~Jiara~

A plan #7

JJ POV

I tell Sarah and John B everything that happened hoping we will find her.

"The boat that distracted me had to have picked up the person taking her, right?" That's the only possibility I could think of.

"I mean she could be anywhere by now! And it's all my fault" I say while starting to feel tears fall.

Sarah kneels next to me and puts her hand on my shoulder telling me "JJ, there was nothing you could do. You tried your best."

"J, she is right." John B adds as he also kneels down.

"Come one let's get back to Pope and Cleo and work out a plan." John B says as he stands up.

We all walk back to camp but I feel like everything is falling apart, like I am falling apart. I loved her and because of myself, I lost her.

We walk to the logs by the campfire and sit down. Pope and Cleo come out of their tent and also sit down. They give us a very confused look and I'm not surprised. Sarah and John B look like they saw a ghost and I look like I have cried for hours, and I have.

"Guys what's going on and where's Kie?" Cleo asks. Just hearing her name makes the pain worse.

"Well.....there is an issue."Sarah says while standing up and looks at me like she was asking if she could tell them, and I give her an assuring nod.

Pope and Cleo stand up with Sarah and they start walking while I see Sarah telling them what happened.

Afterward a few minutes of silence John B tells me "I promise we will find her and we won't stop till we find her"

"Damn straight" I say while trying to give him a smile

"Look the boat she was taken in could not have gone far. It was an old boat kind of like the life boat we came in." I say

"Bro, she could even be on the island just a different part!" John B says.

"So we possibly know the where, now we need the why and who." I say playing with my rings.

"The only people who could possibly know we got stranded are Ward and Rafe. They saw us leave the ship" John B says while putting his head in his hands.

"I don't think ward would go out of his way to kidnap Kiara wouldn't he try and get Sarah?" I add

"So that leaves...." John B starts

"Rafe" we both say

"That son of a-" I start but then I see Pope, Cleo, and Sarah running towards us.

"We, we, saw a lifeboat or raft on the other side of the island!" Pope says while putting his hands on his knees and breathing heavily.

Kie pov

He grabs the collar of my shirt and yelled "everything you all did to me, everything you tried to take, all of my pain I felt, you are going to feel all of it"

He throws my head up against the wall and kicks my stomach repeatedly about 5 or 6 times. It's all pain that is all I feel.

I start to get dizzy but he doesn't stop. He throws a few punches to my face and then grabs my neck almost choking me. He whispers, "you better get used to this!" In my face and let's go.

I try and catch my breath and he leaves. He slams the door shut and the second he is gone I break down into tears.

I miss my friends, I miss JJ. It stats to get darker and the only way I can escape this pain is to sleep. I try to get comfortable but no matter how I position myself I still am uncomfortable.

I imagine JJ laying next to holding me tight as I slowly drift off to sleep.

I wake up to a burning feeling a couple hours later. It is Rafe. He is holding something that looks like a whip in his hand.

He rips my pants making them now shorts for more space.

He slashes the whip over my body and I can feel blood trickling down my arms and legs. He keeps hitting me and hitting me leaving my skin cut open in million of places.

I wince in pain every time he hits me. The pain only gets worse and worse every time. I cry out for him to stop but it only makes him do it harder.

It gets to much and I start to get dizzy and faint.

JJ pov

"Take me to the boat and let's search every inch till we find her!" I say to all of them

They nod in agreement and we all walk towards the raft and we search around the area.

"Guys come take a look at this!" Pope yells to us.

We all walk towards him and he points out "look, do you see how the branches are broken and pushed back like something walked through it well that something could have been Rafe with Kiara."

"We should follow it" I say already walking through it and following the path.
