Mr. Urgancıoğlu

The other day when I kissed Y/N, I felt happier than I have in a long time. I could tell she has not kissed more than maybe one person in her life. It doesn't matter though; she is mine now. Eagerly I have been waiting for her to arrive to work. As I pace back and forth in front of my desk, I hear someone say, "You're going to burn a hole in that poor floor." I stop and look up at the door. To my disappointment, it's just Ms. Yavuz. She takes notice of my frustration. "You just couldn't keep yourself away from that girl could you," she asks in a tone that suggests that she already knows the answer. Sitting in my chair I sigh deeply. Taking a seat herself, Ms. Yavuz says, "Before you get into a relationship with her, you might want to know that she has a boyfriend." My eyes shoot up to look at hers. With that one statement, Ms. Yavuz made my body feel as though it has been hit by a wrecking ball. Before I can say anything, I hear the main office door open.

Y/N

Before I got to the office today, I made the decision to just act as though the other night never happened and pray that Mr. Urgancıoğlu would do the same. When I walk into my office, I see Ms. Yavuz sitting in Mr. Urgancıoğlu's office. My stomach tightens when I see him looking intensely at me through the window. His lips move and Ms. Yavuz stands up to walk out after replying to whatever it was he said. As she walks out, I find it impossible to break eye contact with Mr. Urgancıoğlu. I am snapped out of my trance when I hear Ms. Yavuz say in passing, "Sorry Y/N, but he had to know." My eyebrows furrow and my anxiety increases at the thought of what she could have told him. When my head turns back around I see Mr. Urgancıoğlu standing in the frame of his office door. He gestures for me to come. With slight hesitation, I walk over to him. The minute I am in his reach, he grabs both my arms and pushes me against the door frame. The rigid side jambs coming in contact with my back so abruptly sends a wave of pain across my back. "Do you like toying with my feelings Y/N?", Mr. Urgancıoğlu asks me angrily. I shake my head with my eyebrows still furrowed. His nose rubs against mine as he asks, "Then why did you kiss me when you already have a boyfriend?" My heart jumps up to my throat and I look up at him in shock.

~Three Years Ago~

"Y/N," I hear Fatma tell from across the school courtyard. I turn and begin walking in her direction. She runs over to me and rests one of her hands on my shoulder. After taking moment to catch her breath, she asks, "Did you hear the news?" I shale my head and her eyes get big with excitement. "There is an exchange student from America joining the university. He is starting today. I hear he is drop dead gorgeous," she informs me. I laugh at her and say, "If you are through with your daily gossip, I will go to my class that I am now late for no thanks to you." "Wait," she exclaims, "Don't you want to wait and see him arrive?" Pushing her hand off of my arm I firmly state, "You and the rest of the girls might not mind getting a tardy mark on your classes, but I do." As I walk away I hear her yell that I'll regret missing the fun. I pay her no mind and continue on to my class.

Later on that day, at the lunch break, I sit with Fatma and Defne at a table, while about ninety percent of the school's students crowd around one of the other tables. "I don't get the hype. He's literally just another human, who happens to be from another country. Pathetic," Defne says before bitting aggressively into her sandwich. A small laugh escapes my mouth when I see the frustration that is evident on her face. Fatma rolls her eyes and exclaims, "I seriously don't understand you two. How can you guys not even be a little curious about him?" "I'm more interested in the evolution of toilets than anything associated with him," Defne retorts. Her statement causes me to bust out laughing uncontrollably. After about a solid minute of laughing, I feel a hand tap my shoulder. While still laughing, I look up and see one of the popular boys of the university, Emir. He is a medium sided guy, with straight blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. The generic studious, book worm vibes his outfit gives off are enhanced by his thin rimmed glasses. However, Emir is anything but the generic type of book worm. Sure he spends a lot of time studying and learning about new things, but besides using his brain to get straight A's, Emir articulately plans out pranks on certain members of the university. Non of the pranks have been bad enough to get him suspended or anything, but many believe that he does more heinous pranks outside of school. My laughing ceases at the sight of him. "What do you want Emir?", I ask sharply. "You speak so harshly to me Y/N. I hope you know how much that hurts my feelings," he says as he pretends to be sad. Defne scoffs and snaps back, "Emir...hurt? Please. You wouldn't know what it's like to be hurt if it dropkicked you to China. Although I would love for it to." Emir smirks at her with frustration apparent in his demeanor. Suddenly a boy comes up behind him. The new boy. Like Emir, he too is a medium sized person. However, unlike Emir, he is much more handsome and his aura is completely different from. The sound of a utensil hitting a plate causes me to snap back to reality. "I hope Emir isn't bothering you three," he states. I shake my head quickly and reply that Emir is just being his normal, annoying self. The new boy laughs at my comment and introduces himself, "My name is Burak. What's yours?" "Y/N," I reply shyly. He nods his head and says, "Nice to meet you. I hope we can get to know each other better soon." I tell him that would be nice. He then wraps one of his arms around Emir shoulders and playfully pulls him back to their table. I receive a few glares from the girls sitting at the nearby tables, but I don't care.
