The second week passed and Jungwon just went on with it. He felt like he was carried by Niki, going from one class to another, forcing himself to eat, to sleep.
He had done his best not to talk about Jay to his friends anymore, well, at least to Niki. He did still think about Jay though.

Sunoo had raised an important point, and Jungwon tortured his mind trying to understand what the prefect was up to.

At the end of the detention, Jay had looked at his watch and had left the potions classroom in a hurry, as if he had an appointment.

But who would he be meeting on a Sunday night?

That question hadn't been only on Jungwon's
mind. In fact, someone else was being extremely curious about this.

"Won!"

The Gryffindor turned around, expecting to see a bright smile nearby.

"Hey Sunoo" greeted Jungwon. "How was your astronomy class yesterday?"
"What? No, no time to talk about class" replied the Hufflepuff. "We have much more important to discuss."
"Do we?" asked Jungwon.
"Yeah!" confirmed Sunoo. "So, as you know, I've been trying to sit near Jay during meals."

Jungwon was aware indeed. The Hufflepuff and Slytherin tables were next to each other, so depending on where Jay sat, Sunoo could sometimes sit back to back to him. He had tried make this happen the whole week, but hadn't managed doing it, yet.

"What happened?" asked Jungwon, extremely focused.
"So, as far as I undersrood, Jay's best friend is this guy called Sunghoon" started Sunoo as Jungwon nodded. "And at lunch today, Sunghoon complained that he hadn't slept well the whole week."
"Did he say why?" asked Jungwon frowning.
"He didn't exactly, but he did imply that perhaps he would sleep better if someone didn't get up in the middle of the night, every night" explained Sunoo.
"Jay" whispered Jungwon.

"As far as we know, Jay has been out of bed every night this week then" whispered Sunoo as well. "But what on earth does he do then?"

The two friends had reached the staircase. Usually, Jungwon would have to go up to meet Niki in the common room, but this discussion wasn't over yet.

"Are you hungry?" asked Sunoo, suddenly changing subjects.
"Do you know supper is in two hours?" replied Jungwon, smiling at his friend.
"Never too early to eat" said Sunoo before taking Jungwon's arm and guiding him towards the basement, where Hufflepuff's common room was.

Jungwon had obviously never been inside the yellow common room. He always had imagined it to be comfortable, homey, with some snacks maybe?

They were about to arrive at the end of a hallway when Sunoo stopped in front of a painting of a bowl of fruit. Jungwon waited, not surprised to see that their entrance was a food painting.

Sunoo raised his arm and tickled the pear on the painting. The latter moved as any human would when tickled before turning into a doorknob.
Sunoo grabbed it and opened the door-painting, revealing something unexpected.

Jungwon saw a million elves running around, cooking, cleaning. They kind of looked like a busy anthill.

"Master Sunoo!" greeted a green eyed elf.
"Hi! Would you mind if I took some food? Please!" asked Sunoo.
"Master Sunoo is always so polite" replied the elf, smiling.

A second later, the two friends were carrying more food than they could possibly eat, even though they had said it was too much.

"How often do you come here?" asked Jungwon, chuckling.
"Oh you know" replied Sunoo, slightly blushing.
"To be honest I was expecting to go to your common room" admitted Jungwon.
"The kitchen is so much better though" said Sunoo, taking a bite from a mint-chocolate donut.
