"You did so well on your first day. I'm trusting it will be the same today" Win reminded his daughter while brushing her wet hair. Looking at themselves at the mirror, Miyara seems so happy and excited, a relief for Win.

"I promise! I will make more friends today!" Miyara boosted gazing at the doll below her continuing to brush the toy's artificial hair. The older smiled at her daughter's cuteness. He already prepared so much for her, everything she will or might use in the future.

"Miyara, Later after school, I won't pick you up" Win said as nervousness started to creep through him. The little girl looked up at her father confused. This is the first time she won't be picked adding to that, Who will she go? "Grandma from besides us will pick you up... from now on" Win continued, whispering his last words. His chest getting heavy and eyes getting blurry the second. Miyara nodded slowly, using her strength to drag his father down to her level.

"Papa, Are you sad?" Worry in her tone, quickly dropping her doll and hairbrush on the table. Grabbing her father's face close to her, Miyara abruptly planted kisses all over her Win's face, making him chuckle on her actions. "You always kiss all the ouch-y away. I'm going to do it too!" Miyara said happily.

Win hummed as he brushes his nose against hers. "I'm not sad anymore, Thanks to you" The girl giggled, placing more kisses.

"Win, Are you sure?" The grandmother asked worriedly. The old woman has no idea on what Win was planning but the constant banging in her chest tells her otherwise. "I just have a bad feeling about this" She continued looking at the young girl behind Win.

"Please do not worry. I have all of it covered" Win exclaimed, He had a hard time persuading the elder yet eventually she agreed. Looking at his watch, realizing the wasted time. He sighed and bowed respectfully "I must get going now"

The walk to school was quiet, Miyara was awfully quiet today- too quiet. Win spared some time glancing at his daughter but she was looking at the road nonetheless the anxiety of his isn't wearing out.

"Papa will come back to me, Right?" She said out of nowhere, stopping at her tracks. Gazing up to her father's, She questioned everything yet didn't have the courage to ask. Win looked back in shock, soon taming his eyes to a more neutral look. He nodded rapidly and continued walking.

"I have been nice, right?. I didn't try fighting someone so I'm nice" Miyara questioned again. She was sure about her behavior, A nice person who will never fight- maybe talk back a little - but not fighting even if it's her annoying classmate.

"Of course you are, always" Win reassured, smiling genuinely. He felt somewhat guilty. He knows his daughter never question herself. This one is for sure new but He was sure on the thing he was about to do, even if it's dangerous.

The sight of Miyara's school captured Win's sight. A sense of relief for him, as Miyara slowed herself, being a rebellious kid who doesn't want to go to school. Win didn't have a choice but to lift her daughter. His hands carried the back of her knees as the other supported her neck. It was as if He was carrying her again as a newborn, Win slightly smiled.

Miyara yelped in surprised, confused by his father's sudden action. "Gosh aren't you heavy. Back when you were little, you were very light" Win teased earning light punches from her which he laughed it off.

"Hello Mr. Win and- Oh! Hi Baby Miyara!" Her teacher teases, In all fairness, She automatically get what her student is in to. "Hello Ma'am, My newborn here is quite cranky today. Please take care of here" Win teases back earning more light punches from Miyara. The teacher nodded and offered both of her hands, waiting for a baby to be passed to her arms.
