past: Was adopted from the gang as a young boy (Yes you read that right.), she killed her father in the heat of the moment and felt bad. But took the gang, leading it with an iron fist. She is trans and discovered it after her father's death.
Her coat has the words on the back that read 'For my sweet boy Willow', he got her the coat and she keeps it.
She died from a gang fight (explaining the wings) but neither heaven or hell wanted her. So she just continued ruling her gang, not noticing the wings..
