Finally but not quite

Hyewon's POV:

We are now on the seventh year since we've debuted as members of IZ*ONME and I can say that we made it quite far now. We've disbanded on the second year because WM was sold to RBA Entertainment, Minju and I went back to acting and still singing Solo or Duet. Today is an important day for us as we are about to get married. Finally after twenty-two years we are getting married. We gathered in Paris to marry each other. Everyone of the Team Members were here with us for the Bridal Party. Every single one including Eunbi Unnie and Yujin. The chaotic bunch was also here, they're currently creating chaos around the room I was staying at, screaming and laughing. A lot of laughing like they are high on something.

"Yah! Can't Kwangbae Hyung get some peace?! You guys are really ridiculous." It was Chaen who spoke up to gods of chaos, Yujin, Ducky and Chaewon.

"Hyung, are you ready to marry? You can still back out you know?" It was Ducky who said this.

"Gad Ducky! Shut your beak! I will marry her, that's final!" I replied upset about her suggestion.

"Alright, cool it. I was just asking if you're really sure. Chaen said it was hard staying with Kku Eomma in the beginning of it all." Ducky replied to me.

As soon as she finished saying her piece, Chaen had hit her to the back of her head making Ducky almost teary eyed.

"Shut your beak already and don't make her nervous." Chaen followed up to her.

"Okay. I'll keep my beak shut." Ducky replied sulkily at Chaen.

"It wasn't like that, Kang-chan. What I meant was it's hard to be deciding on matters together, you know? I mean I was used to deciding for myself, I am CEO of my own entertainment company and there she is all of a sudden would get affected had I decided on doing something she doesn't approve of, you understand it right Hyung?" She told me.

"I understand, I mean I would be worried too if I were in your shoes you know? Kku Eomma was an entirely different breed of kind. She's an Archangel." I replied giggling at Dear Leader-nim's troubled first month of marriage.

"I got used to it and we have twins now." Chaen replied to me brightly.

"Was it really necessary to have twins the first time?" I asked her.

"It wasn't our plan to have twins the first time, we got lucky the first time." She replied.

"I'm not worried or anything. We know each other really well, alright? So it's final. I am marrying her, so stop bickering now, Duck." I said with finality.

An hour to go and I am marrying the woman I love and yet here they are asking me stupid questions like these.

"Hyung! Help!" Yujin came into my room screaming.

We all turned back and ran towards her.

"What is it, Yujin? Any problem? Did Wonyoung or Minju beat you? Tell Hyung about it." Ducky replied to her.

"I can't tie this stupid bow tie!" Yujin replied exasperatedly.

"Aigoo our baby tower can't tie her bow tie? Let me tie it for you." Ducky was the one who replied.

"I swear to god you're so dramatic, Yujin." I replied to Yujin.

She pouts at me cutely and then she replied.

"Mianhe, Hyung. I really don't know how to tie a bow tie. Why did you have to choose a bow tie instead of a tie? That one I can do." Yujin replied sulkily.

"Because we look good in a bow tie. Now pay attention to Duck so you can tie a bow tie." I replied to her.

I went back to my room and put on the navy blue tuxedo jacket I had. I was dressed in a tuxedo because I am finally getting married and I wanted to be in a proper attire for a wedding. Apart from that, wearing a wedding dress didn't suit me, I was always androgynous with my daily clothes. Often preferring pants and a blazer as opposed to a dress. The only time I would wear a dress was during filming. Even the awards show, I would wear suits and my high heels. My bride-to-be loved to wear dresses and be dressed up prettier. Don't get me wrong, she's pretty when she just woke up and haven't brushed her wavy hair. But she was adamant to wear a wedding dress and have given me instead an option to wear either a coral colored tux or a navy blue tux.
