When we were invited to dinner we had no idea it was to announce Kate's engagement and marriage to Barney Miller. Computer geek. I met him two or three times and had no idea who he was. I am looking at a guy that could model for GQ. I had to look twice at him.

I get it now. We finally meet Ezra and Lynn Miller. After meeting his parents I see where he gets his good looks.
Ezra
You know I wasn't hot on the fact that Barney was dating Kate, but my son is very smart and he loves her. I hope he is not blinded by his love.
Lynn
Kate don't break my son's heart. You know he has women waiting in the wings. If you really love him make sure you show him often. In more ways than one. So when is the wedding?
Kate
We got married in Las Vegas because  Barney has business to handle and we went to buy some new equipment for a project.
Barney
We can have a reception if you want I will pay for it of course. Just let me know.
Enid
Lynn how do you feel about a reception for them?
Lynn
Oh we need to have something. Ask Mia Grey to cater it. I bet Christian will host it if we asked.
Eamon
You call Christian Grey, Christian?
Lynn
Of course we do, we get invited to all events and parties. Barney is one of his best employees and is partners in some business areas. I mean he is one of the top earners at the company and he owns patents that he gets paid for their use.
Enid
I guess we didn't think about all of that we just thought he worked as his IT genius.
Barney
Shh don't let anyone know about my assets, women will be chasing me around. Don't have time to dodge women like the Grey men do. Okay everyone plan the reception and I will dress up and show up.
Enid
I think we can get it together pretty quickly.
Mia
Kate married Barney and they are asking me to cater a reception with wedding cake and the works. Both mothers are planning this, oh I have to see this. They sent me the wedding photos and OMG I have never seen Barney looking like that. They have announced the marriage and the wedding reception will be in two weeks.
Two weeks later
Kate
Barney is staying by my side all night. Three women have been trying to seduce him. He is married okay. I found him and in his her state he appealed to me. Now that they see the diamond hiding under all the nerd clothes they want him.
Christian
I congratulate both Kate and Barney and wish them a happy marriage. I tell Kate to get all the HR papers signed and to look at all the GEH benefits.
Anastasia
I hope everything goes smoothly. I see the sharks circling. Kate laughs and says I know and I am prepared.
Kate
My mom and dad saw him in the nerd wear and when they him like this they were amazed. I saw that your real mom is back alive.
Anastasia
Yes she is, well let's not hold up the line up any longer.
Christian
That was easy for now.
Elliott
We congratulate the happy couple and I introduce Willow and I tell Barney we are expecting a baby. We married at the same chapel they did, because it was the best in Vegas. Ethan and Nina married there as well. Anastasia and Christian were our witnesses.
Willow
I know that Kate dated Elliott, so I just smile at the happy couple.
Barney
Hold on you are Anastasia's sister you are a triplet. Are all three of you pregnant?
Willow
Nina could be we haven't talked to her lately. She has been busy with her new home. I just got our nursery completed with Elliott's help.
Ethan
We walk up to congratulate Kate and Barney. Nina isn't showing yet, but she is definitely sporting a baby bump. I am so proud about being a father.
Gia Matteo
I can't believe this was Barney GEH Head of IT. I saw him and he was a true nerd, but dang he is pure GQ and Kate snagged him. Hey I don't mind ending that fledgling marriage at all if the reward is all that and he make a ton of money. Well here goes nothing. I walk my sexiest walk and Mia Grey trips me. I fall flat on my face.

Oh I am so sorry you know we pregnant women are all clumsy and everything. Do accept my apology. Carlton chuckles and helps Gia up to her feet. I see Kate hide a laugh and Barney looks over and just shakes his head.
Carlton
Look you merely slowed her down a mere five minutes. She is going after Barney. She has no idea what he could do to her if he wished to. Barney is an amazing person hope Kate treats him right. I know what his prenuptial agreement says. She better be a good girl.
Mia
I am sure she won't cheat on him. She was cheated on a few times and it hurt her badly. So the only other thing would be jealousy. Gia is all over Barney.
Carlton
Wait a moment and watch mama Miller and mama Kavanagh ,they don't like Gia. Mia watches and the mothers have blocked Gia from getting close to the happy couple. Mia laughs as she makes sure the service is flowing smoothly. Have to love protective mama bears.
Kate
The moms have circled the wagons. At least we can all agree on Gia Mateo. She wished us well and went in search of her next victim. She is heading for Christian. Oh Lord.
Christian

Anastasia
Hoping they will kick her ass from my womb are you?
Christian
Hmm that's an idea. I watch as Jason sees Gia targeting us.
Gia

Anastasia
Hmm rude much? I don't believe he will be meeting you for any reason at all.
Gia
He bought a new home and I always decorate his homes .
Anastasia
Really? I happen to know you have never decorated anything for him.
Gia
Those Murals he has I painted all of them.
Anastasia
Tell me how much did he pay you for this work and when?

I give her a date time and amount.
Anastasia
Can you show me the cashed check Christian? Because you paid her for the jobs I did.
Christian
Gia stop taking credit for Anastasia's work. I will make people know you lie about what you have done to buildings. I think she can make you apologize for the lies.
