I look at dr Greene in shock about being four months along.
Dr Greene
She was in shock about being four months along. Her moods were one sign of her possibly being pregnant. She came in when her feet started swelling. She hasn't noticed much else though. Her breast being tender is possibly because her husband loves to give them a good work out daily. Something I could have gone to my deathbed not knowing. I look at her and then him and I don't see it. She is married to a nerd and looks like she stepped off a runway. Then I see her wedding photos and I get it, Clark Kent into Superman.
Kate
When dr Greene was shown the photo of Barney all GQ she finally realized why we are together. Then I show her the photos of him in his speedo.
Dr Greene
Lucky girl, I hope he knows how to use all that. Did I just say that out loud.
Kate
Oh he definitely knows how to and he does often and for a long time. Don't let anyone know. He is safe behind the nerd look. Plus I get jealous either way, but he assures me daily that I am the only one he wants.
Dr Greene
Well your moodiness will be a part of your pregnancy you need to go on prenatal vitamins. You seem to have gained five pounds which is good. I want to do a sonogram today to check the baby. I get everything done quickly and we see a baby boy very proud of his boy parts. She gets six copies of the sonogram for her parents and his along with them each having their own.
Kate
Would you consider letting me interview you for a pregnancy series?
Dr Greene
We can talk about it when I less busy. This time of year is pretty busy for me. I walk her out and see my next patient. I go back into my office thinking it amazes me how we look at people and judge the outside clothing without seeing the actual person in front of us. She found a rough diamond and it was already a cut to perfection. I have kissed too many frogs that looked like princes and turned out to be frogs or worse ogres. I have a date with a co workers cousin this weekend. I don't foresee a good ending. I keep delivering babies and can't even find a date of my own. I guess I could get pregnant on a one night stand lol. Like a few of my patients.
Barney
I get Kate some of her favorite things on the way home tonight. I ordered our supper to be delivered ten minutes after I get home. Kate is waiting with dinner ready and on the table, well we can freeze the delivery one and eat this tonight, I hope she didn't cook this herself. Poor Kate can't cook at all. Mia has tried to help her learn, but alas culinary courses and Kate aren't a good mix. Had to pay for the fire damage at Mia's culinary school. I see a package on the table where my dinner is waiting for me.
Kate
I lead Barney to his dinner and we sit down and eat, he looks at the package and eats his food. He wants me to tell him what it is because he hates surprises. Open the package please. He opens it finally and looks at the shirt best daddy in the world.
Barney
I see best daddy in the world and I then see the sonogram baby boy Miller. I am very happy and my parents and hers are going to be thrilled. I hug her and she tells me everything and that she is four months along.
Kate
I tell him it happens at times that women don't know they are pregnant and go full term without knowing they are pregnant. My mood swings were one of my pregnancy signs and a bloated tummy.
The family dinner

All four parents are thrilled, Ethan and Nina brought the twins over with them and allowed us to practice taking care of them. Luckily we are only having one boy. Everyone got a sonogram, well Kate didn't think Ethan would want one, but he asked where his is. I told him I can give him mine and get a copy from Dr Greene when I see her again.
Ethan
Everyone was taking care of the twins so Nina and I can relax. Both babies have became a bit spoiled and needs to be held often. Nina has tried to change that before it gets a lot worse. I am artsy to blame for this because I felt they needed me to soothe them because Nina wasn't able to. Nina wanted to breast feed but wasn't able to until she healed and didn't need to take medicine any longer, which was a week ago.
Nina
I love that everyone is doting on the babies, but they will want held all night and day again. I van still not up to par, but I am getting there. Ethan's parents and mine love them and want more and now Kate and Barney are giving them another grandchild. Both Kate and Barney are very happy and they only have five months to go until baby Miller is born.
Eamon
We are getting another grand baby and I love it. Enid is thrilled and the Miller's love it, since Barney is their only child and this will be their only grandchild. I had never met the Miller's before Kate and Barney dated. At first we had no idea why she would date a nerd and then we saw him in a tux and Enid saw him in his swim trunks. She said it didn't look like a sock in those trunks lol. I told her to stop looking at her daughter's boyfriend in that manner.
Enid
Kate has been very informative when it comes Barney and his abilities to please her in the area of her sexual appetites. I had to tell her to stop.
