I brought Calum to my house until he woke up. I texted his mom on his phone telling her it was him and he was at Michaels.

Calum ended up passing out on my bed so I slept on my chair.

Calum woke up a couple hours later. He woke up groaning. I had a water bottle and some Advil on my nightstand. He took it. He rubbed his eyes and looked around in confusion.

"Good morning." I said startling him.

"Uh morning?" He looked at me. His hair was everywhere. "What's going on?"

"Uh nothing much. Well beside that last night you got drunk and I had to go get you. It was around 11 at night and I didn't think your mom would have liked you to come home drunk at 11. So I brought you here."

"Oh."

"Yup." I wasn't even going to bring up the girl at the party. He nodded.

"I can drive you home if you would like?" I offered.

"Huh? Uh yeah sure." I grabbed my keys and helped him out of bed.
I opened the door for him and got in the other side. I started my car and drove to his house.

"So how did you find me last night?"

"You called me." I said with my eyes on the road.

"I did? Sorry."

"Why are you sorry? Im glad I picked you up instead of you driving home drunk or some random girl."

"Thanks."

"Yeah. No problem." I finally pulled up to his house. He didn't even say bye he just left slamming the door. I sighed.

I backed up and left. I decided to go visit my grandma in the hospital.

I checked in and walked into her room. She was laying there sitting up reading a book. She had tubes up and down her.

"Hey grandma." I said softly as I came over to her to give her a hug.

"Oh it's so nice to see you Chl. What's with the visit?"

"What? I can't see my grandma." I laughed.

"Oh anytime. So how's everything at home? How's your mom?"

"Everything is going A-okay. Moms doing good. Working all the time but hey that's life I guess. How's everything here?"

"Boring. I miss you guys. This hospital food is disgusting. I refuse to eat it."

"In order for you to get better you have to eat no matter how bad the food taste." The nurse came in out of no where.

"Well maybe you should actually cook your food instead of giving us frozen garbage." My grandma defender herself.

"It's always nice to take to you Luis." The nurse laughed. "Can you I take to you in the hall Chloe?" I nodded and followed her out.

"Is everything okay?" I asked extremely worried.

"Everything is perfect. Your grandma is strong. The cancer is... gone."

"G-gone?!"

"Yes, she beat it. The surgery worked. Somebody is watching her. Your mom can pick her up Monday."

"Ok-okay." I smiled. "Does she know?" the nurse nodded.

"No but we will Monday. As a surprise."

"Okay thank you so much for everything you guys have done." I hugged the nurse. I walked back into the room and almost starting crying when I saw her.

"It was so nice to catch up on everything grandma."

"Leaving so soon?"

"Umm well I guess I can stick around longer. It's not like I got plans." I sat next to her holding her hand.

"Any boys coming around?"

"Uh well there's this one boy but nothing serious. Just friends." I was referring to Calum.

"What do you mean?"

"Yeah we've been on a couple dates but for the last couple days he's been ignoring my text message or making up excuses. Yesterday he called me up drunk at a party. I didn't want him to get hurt so I picked him up. When I got there he was kissing another girl. I drove him home before I came here and he was acting like he was pissed at me or I don't know."

"Oh I'm sorry sweetie."

"Yeah it's nothing."

"Hey you know what they say. Miracles happen. I've been waiting for mine." She smiled.
