I looked a little nicer today since I am going out with Calum or hanging out.
Sammy help me out with my outfit.
She picked out black leggings with a grey T-shirt and my black high top converse. She originally picked out a pink shirt and black flats but I just really didn't think it was me."That's not what I picked out for you." Sammy said a little angry.
"I know." I smiled as I turned the corner.
Today work was busier than usual. There was customers constantly asking me questions and there was almost a line out the door. I already caught a little kid stealing but he looked like he was 7 so I just gave him back to his dad.
"A little busy here huh?" The familiar Australian accent hit me.
"Just a little." I looked at the clock. It was only 3:30. "A little early aren't we?" I smirked at him. His cheeks turn a light shade of pink.
"I just thought you would need some help." He looked down at his feet.
"I'm fine thank you anyways."
"From my point of view. No. Your not fine." He laughed. I rolled my eyes and walked away.
"Hey hey I'm sorry. I'll help you. I promise."
"Fine. Are you good with money?"
"Yeah." he said obviously.
"Then you can work at the cashier have fun!"
I'm so glad Calum showed up because honesty I would still be working. I was just finishing wiping down the counter and Calum was talking to someone.
I grabbed my jacket and phone and told Calum I was done.
"Hey I'm all set. Ready?" I said.
"Yeah hold on. Luke this is Chloe. Chloe this is Luke."
"Hi."
"So this is Chloe. Man Calum talks so mu-" He was cut off by Calum elbowing him in the chest. I couldn't help but laugh.
"Let's go." Calum said a little angry.
"Bye Luke." He waved back as he held his stomach. After he left me and Calum were alone.
"So um y-you ready." I could tell he was a little embarrass.
"Come on." I grabbed his arm yanking him outside. We arrived at the pizzeria less than 10 minutes since it was nothing more than a block. We were seated and handed menus.
"This is some what fancy." I laughed as I took in the surroundings.
"What can I say." He said while he leaned back in his chair. "So what kind of pizza do you wanna order?"
"We can get one with pepperonis, olives, and green peppers and whatever you want on yours." I said proudly.
"Okay." He giggle. "We can also order a Hawaiian pizza."
"Ew I hate Hawaiian."
"What?!" He looked taken back. "I can't believe I like someone that hates Hawaiian." I laughed on how childish he was being. "This is no joking matter. We need to fix you."
"Fix me?" I laughed. "And how are you gonna do that. I don't think you can force someone to like a food that they hate."
"It might be hard but it's not impossible." We both laughed. Soon the waiter came and took our orders. When the food came Calum tried shoving a piece of Hawaiian in my mouth.
"Calum. Stop." I tried swatting his hand away but he was just to quick. Before I knew it I had ham and pineapples on me.
"Im.. so.. sorry." Calum said as he laughed.
"Nice going dork. I guess I'll be back." I took of the loose pieces and made my way to the bathroom.
"Ew." I said as I saw my reflection. I cleaned the rest of the pizza off and made my way back to the table.
"What did I miss." I sat in my chair scooting closer to the table.
"I just made out with that waitress and got her number." He smirked at me.
"Oh really? So what's her name? Your imagination?" He rolled his eyes. I knew he was trying not to crack a smile.
"Haha so funny." He crossed his arms like a 5 year old.
"Awe I'm so sorry. Will you ever forgive me?"
"Your lucky your cute." He winked.
