I waited in lobby for Calum to come out. I've been here for the past 2 hours and I haven't been able to talk to him. Mali said their parents just wanted some alone time. Which I understand.
I made my towards the cafeteria to purchase some food. All I took was a water and a muffin. I ate quietly by my self just thinking. School starts in two days. Sammy told me me that I need to tell Calum about Luke but honestly I was afraid that I would lose him just because over a kiss that meant nothing to me at all. I don't know why Luke is doing this. Does he like me? Or does he hate me?
I already have enough on my plate to deal with.
"She's in her Calum." I turned my head to see Mali helping Calum walk over to me. As soon as he got closer I grabbed his arm and sat him down. Mali left us to talk.
"Hey. So how are you doing?"
"I'm doing good. How about your self?"
"Fine. I missed you."
"I missed you too." He reached over and gave me a soft kiss on my cheek. "Did you ever go on that 'date' with Luke?" The way he said it made it look like he could care less.
"No. I came here to see you. I didn't even call him back."
"Really?" He laughed.
"Really." I smiled.
"So maybe I can talk you out on Monday. Maybe for some lunch?"
"As much as I would love to. I can't."
"Oh alright." He seemed disappointed.
"Not that I don't want to its that I'm starting school back up that day." He sigh with relief. "But we could go some where now if you're up for it."
"I'm always up for something. What do you have in mind?" He smirked at me.
"I was thinking putt-putt golf but maybe we can hold on for now."
"No. I'm strong enough to swing a golf club."
"Okay well lets tell your parents and then get going." I started to help him up.
"I got it. I'm a big boy." He said smiling like an idiot. I just laughed. But I did let him try to get up by himself. He did it.
We made it to the lobby and let his parents know that we were going out for a bit. I drove since his car is pretty crushed.
"I got a question." I said quietly.
"I might have an answer."
"Why did you leave the party without me?" The car got quite.
"What are you talking about? You left without me. You got in the car with Luke. I was still at the party."
"But Luke told me that-"
"Yeah don't believe everything Luke tells you. Sometimes he can be an ass hole." I nodded.
"Why did you drive when you knew you couldn't?"
"Like because I was drunk. Cause I needed to see if you were okay. I called Luke and he told me that he dropped you off at home. That made me so mad because he left without telling me. I didn't realize how drunk I was until I swerved into a tree."
"You could have gotten a ride and saw me the next day but now your in cast."
"But I wanted to see you."
"Calum.."
"Chloe. You mean so much to me. I don't want to lose you."
"And I don't want to lose you. Please don't drive drunk ever again."
"I won't."
