Few weeks later Calum was feeling better. Tonight we were actucally going to a party Calum was invited to by a couple of people he met off the show. At first I didn't want to go but then I thought about last time he was at a party. So I decided why not?
I just threw on some light blue skinny jeans and and a maroon color t-shirt. He picked me up and then we left. The party was an hour away from where we live. My mom was a little hesitant about the whole idea but Calum talked her into it.
"Ready babe?"
"Yup." I smiled at him. He gave me a quick kiss on my cheeck and then we drove off to the party.
"Calum?!! Dude! Whats up?!"
"Hey Jason! This is Chloe."
"Hi nice to meet you." I said.
"You too. So the drinks are in the kitchen and I'll be outside." He smiled and walked away.
We walked towards the drinks. Calum poured some drink into two cups. He handed one to me. I looked at the drink and sniffed it.
"Just drink it." I took a slip and I immediately closed my eyes and my face scrunched up. Calum just laughed at me. "First drink?" He asked still laughing.
"No. I just haven't tasted anything like this." I said to be completely honest. We walked outside and was greeted by more people. I noticed my cup was empty so I walked back inside by the drinks. I poured more of the alcohol into my cup and took another swing of it. I headed back outside until someone tapped my shoulder.
"Oh hey Luke."
"What are you doing here?" He asked.
"Calum brought me. He's outside." I said. I continued to walk back outside.
"Wait!" he said loud enough to get my attention. I turned around and just looked at him. To be honest Luke is nice and all but he scares me. You never know what he's going to do next. I just hope he doesn't bring up the kiss to Calum.
"What are you doing tomorrow night?"
"Uh I don't know. Why?"
"I was wondering if you wanted to get some ice cream." He seemed so innocent.
"Sure."
"Great. I'll pick you up at 6." I smiled and walked over to Calum.
"What took you so long?"
"I saw Luke."
"What did he say?"
"He just wanted to hangout tomorrow night." I said it like it was no big deal. Calum just nodded.
Later that night Calum was drunk and I was on my 4th drink so I was basically drunk but I was able to control my actions.
"Here you go." I was handed another drink. Make that my 5th drink. Someone set up a game of beer pong and flip cup. I decided to play flip cup.
I tried waking but ended up just falling on to someone. That someone was Luke.
"Are you alright?"
"yeahh. Where's Calum?"
"Uh he left."
"Without me?" I picked myself up and looked around. No slight of Calum.
"I can drive you home." I nodded. He helped me to his car. I laid my head against the seat. I ended up falling asleep during the ride. Luke kept on shaking my arm. I opened my eyes slowly and looked around. I was still in his car but we were parked outside my house.
"Thank you." I said and I opened the door. Luke quickly got out and helped me to my door.
"What time is it?"
"It is 2:38." my eyes shot open.
"Shit. My mom is going to kill me." I looked at my house. A the lights were all off. Maybe I could get in through the back.
"Thanks Luke but I can handle myself." Before I could take a step by myself Luke grabbed my face and kissed me. I quickly broke the kiss and stared at him. I turned around and made a run for my backyard.
I slowly opened the door and and slid in. I walked upstairs and looked in the mirror. My makeup was all under my eyes. My hair was frizzy. I was drunk. Calum left without me. And Luke kissed me.
