The last miracle (knb x OC reader)

Game day!

Tanya's POV

I woke up early today remembering that we are going up against Kise today, but still i felt like it wasn't the real Kise that i want to remember. Maybe something happened that I can't remember yet, maybe the more i play i might be able to. I packed my gym bag and put my uniform on, the surprising part was my number. The number 2 was in the center of the jersey, and it looked as if the jersey has never been used much less. "Huh, this number it reminds me of something... wait a minute-" i started saying to myself till i pulled out the box that i left the hospital with. I opened the lid and saw what i had a gut feeling about.

I looked at the clock and saw that i had plenty of time so i pulled out the item of the box. I went to my full body length mirror and put it to my chest. It was a Teiko jersey the number on it was the same number on my Seririn uniform now. The number was 2, and suddenly a sharp ran through my head making me drop the shirt to grip my head in pain. I saw all these flashes of people, but yet looking familiar, but I couldn't remember their names. I couldn't take the anymore pain, and started falling to my knees. So many flashes on a court kept coming and swirling i shut my eyes tightly. I heard a knocking and the headache vanished, and i was able to get up and go grab the door.

I saw Kuroko, and he smiled till he looked down seeing the Teiko jersey in my hand. He looked back at him, but I couldn't look back. "Tanya i can tell you more when we get out of school, and after the game ok?" He said, but I couldn't look at him, and when i knew what was happening he lifted my chin with his hand on my cheek. "Hey its going to be okay tanya we'll get through this okay." He said and i couldn't help, but smile and say, "okay lets go." I got dressed while he waited for me in my living room.

*time skip*

After school we were in our jerseys and our game uniforms entering Kaijo. "Wow, you can really see when a school puts effort in their sports program." Hyuga said as we walked in through the school. "Yea, but they are an older school." I said quietly walking beside kuro and kagami. "You look horrible didn't you get any sleep?" Kuro asked kagami, his eyes looked bloodshot. "Shut up i stayed up thinking about this game." Kagami said squinting his eyes.

We walked a bit further till we heard yelling from Kise, and it began the drama.

Kise's POV

I yelled out to kurokochii's team and ran towards them. Kagami started trying to argue with me "kurokochii ever since you and tanyachii rejected my offer I've been crying into my pillow every night." I said being dramatic and fake crying. "Can you please stop with the lioght hearted sarcasm Kise.-" "It doesn't show your serious." Kurokochii started saying, but tanyachii finished. All i could do was smirk, because they were both right, and I couldn't help but want to play them again. I then remembered the promise that kurokochii said he made kagami.

"That's why I'm so interested in you kagami, making kurokochii sworn himself to you. Now I honestly don't care about being called the generation of miracles, but when someone so clearly picks a fight. Sorry but I'm simple not mature enough to let it slide." I said smirking positive that we were going to win. "Kise just lead us to the gym, then on court you can make all the little challenges you want. Got it Kise?" Tanyachii said walking past all of them like nothing just happened. "She's something else. Is she not the phased at all that were going against a strong school?" I heard one of the newer players whisper and merely smile as i led them to the gym.

'Kurokochii and I both know that she has never feared a stronger opponent, because she never stops.' I thought remembering all the times she has gone up against stronger opponents, but always came out the victor. We got into the gym i went to my team to get my uniform and heard coach started talking to them. "Huh where's your coach?" He asked and the other girl stepped forward and claimed being the coach. "Oh that's me." The other girl announced stepping forward surprising my coach. She then asked why it was only half court, and he responded with saying it was a fine tune for the starters. She wasnt happy, but a slight twinge of fear went through me when i saw Tanyachii's face.

"Hey kise, Tanya is the one with the serious look isn't she?" Kasamatsu asked and i looked towards Tanyachii and flinched. Sadly he saw me flinch and looked towards me asking, "okay what is that for she can't be that scary can she?" I didn't say anything, but simply looked at him and he gulped looking back at her. She was taking off her jacket revealing her jersey shirt. I looked at the number closer and saw that it was the same number she had in Teiko i slightly smiled at the memory, but remember she isn't an ally. She's on the opposite team, and that's the scary part. "Hey kise what are you doing your not playing. If I let you play it won't even be a game anymore, because your a monster among the other players." Coach said and i got upset, "Seriously coach can you please stop saying things like that."

"If i do it wont be a fight, unless they put her in, but even then I doubt she'll be able to play the same way she did in middle school." He said and i saw her flinch and look at us. I ran over to her other teammates and told them to make my coach eat this words, and then they walked off. Tanyachii was finishing putting her jacket and the pants in her bag, and i saw her completely in her uniform. It fit her perfectly and i saw her putting her sleeves on that she's had since middle school while staring at my coach. She wasnt happy and i saw it as she put her wristband on, she gave her famous death glare that i believe made everyone flinch. "Kise... come here a second." She said and i coward for a split second, but slowly walked over just in case i needed to run. "Yes Tanyachii." I said trying not to shake in fear.

"What was it your coach just said about me and my middle school years? As well as i see him shaking right now so I'm guessing either you told them or he knows what happened and who i am." She said all while looking away till she stopped and looked back at me making me gulp in fear. "H-he uhhh. He just stated that you just might not be able to play the same way th-that's all." I said still scared of how she could react. "Well i guess he is right. For some bits of it, but id be careful your not the only one who has good skills.-" she paused and started to smile softly which confused me. What she said next made my heart pound so hard, but made me smile. "-kichii. Right? It's what i would call you during games." She said giving her famous side glance smile before walking to her team's side as they came out of the locker room.

I walked back to the bench and sat down next to coach who i felt glanced at me to figure out what happened. I gave him a side glance and said. "She heard what you said, and with how bad she scared me right now. She was insulted, and besides she was not happy." I said and he gulped. I would too if i got on her bad side, and she does make even Akashi scared, and he didn't get scared easily. Everyone started to line up forgetting that kurokochii was there, but all i could remember was the first time she scared Akashichii.

*flashback*

"You did what Aomine!!!" Tanyachii yelled at Aominechii as she had him in a death grip shaking him. "Um is someone going to stop her from killing him?" I asked a little worried about the outcome, but no one moved. A few seconds Akashichii started walking towards them and everyone was surprised. "Tanya release him. It's possible he didn't mean to do what he did." Akashichii said getting closer, but stopped when he saw the glare in her eyes. "Ta-chin is scary when she's mad." Murasakibarachii said not even eating his snacks anymore. "Well it was his fault for touching her chest." Midorimachii said pushing his glasses slightly stiff.

"Back off Akashi." She said making everyone flinch in terror, even Akashichii stopped in his tracks. He actually started to back up with his hands in the air. "H-help me please." Aominechii said barely above a whisper. No one dared move, but one person spoke up. "Tanya please let him go. It was an accident so please." Kurokochii was so close to her everyone was scared as she looked at him, but then were shocked when she dropped Aominechii and started walking away. "Tetsu h-how did you do that?" Momochii said when she knew Tanyachii was gone. "It wasn't hard at all. I just asked her to him go." He said so casually and walked towards Aominechii.

"She's not normal is she?" A third year asked and all of us shook our heads to say no. "Well that certainly shook me to my core." Midorimachii said still in place from fear, the rest of us nodded at the comment. We looked towards Akashichii, and saw even he hasn't moved. It was the first time we really saw her lose her anger.

By the time I knew what was going on the whistle was blown and so the game began.
