as seungmin had promised, he went next and you can see the seriousness and dedication in his eyes, orbs instantly changes into its bright yellow.

he took the place where felix was earlier and now, chan is on the right, felix on the left side, and jisung in the middle. seungmin took a deep breath in and faced the wolves instead of the vampires, leaving the shifters confused.

"now!" chan shouted once again, he and felix taking offense again and jisung squatted down on his place, taking in details before he move.

seungmin only smirked at the shifters who's telling him to turn around. then a massive circle of ice spikes surrounded him and that injured felix who's came closer to him.

"fucking elsa!" felix cursed but chuckled afterwards, looking at the blood in his arm which is healing quite fast. chan used his fist, which he turned into a rock to punch the ice around and felix used the heat of his power to melt it.

soon enough, seungmin craned his neck to the side, eyeing the red haired shifter, his eyes burning bright yellow and then he smiled. he turned himself into an ice once again.

snow started falling around them and chan cursed as he continued punching the ice.

"that's unfair." chan snickered but he is really impressed with the growth of seungmin's powers.

"i know." and then a snow blast knocked chan, and that shocked everybody because it didn't come from seungmin's hands, it came from the sky.

"what the fuck?" felix half shouted as he dodged the blasts of snow from above. he immediately built a roof of electricity rays above him and chan, but his power is getting weaker with the sudden drop of temperature around them.

"you know ... i can just lower the temperature even more until all of you are freezing 'cept me." seungmin grinned and another heavy wave of snow comes pouring from the sky.

"but where's the fun in that." the playful glaze in his eyes made jisung huff an amused laugh but he didn't notice when the snow started piling up under him and sticking him place permanently.

"uh-oh, flash jisung is out of service!" jisung shouted from his place as he tried to wiggle his way out of the thickened snow that's glueing him in his place.

"shit! what the fuck? where did this power all came from?" felix was running around the circle, trying to dodge and fight his way out of the snow. whilst chan turned every step he take into a mud so the snow wouldn't stick him down.

"practice, beginners." with that, the sudden whiplash of snow made chan and felix lose their balance and falling face first on the ground. the snow trapping felix's limbs and he couldn't produce any electricity anymore due to the coldness.

whilst chan was being manhandled (more like snow handled) into the air and like seungmin promised, he burned the older with ice. (in which it heals quickly anyways)

the scene made felix shout their defeat and seungmin only chuckled at their pathetic situation. he immediately dropped chan (not carefully) and melted away the snow in jisung and felix's limbs. the snow stopped pouring, and the wolves are struck with awe and fear.

"i don't wanna fight seungmin ever again." chan panted as jisung patted his shoulder while laughing.

"oh my gosh, our mong defeated us in less than 10 minutes. very impressive, my guy." jisung initiates a hug with seungmin but he was immediately thrown back with a mini hurricane.

"ouch?!" the blue haired glared from the ground and seungmin just dismissed him and started checking the other two for injuries (if ever his powers became too much for them)

"that is why you're our knight, you're amazing." felix honesty made seungmin's breath hitch for a second. felix, the man that he is, is full of sunshines and rainbows. he doesn't deserve to be in this situation.

"do i even wanna go next? of course not! that's it for today." chan waved his hand as if dismissing his class, and the built in rock wall fell down and the wolves are free to take them again.

"that ... is .... insane." changbin gawked, he can't believe what he just saw and so does the others.

"uhuh, we are insane as well. might as well keep us in check all of the time." seungmin mockingly smiled at the red haired shifter who's glaring at him the whole time.

"vampires like you should be illegal ... preferably killed." hyunjin snarled, making seungmin take a step back and completely just froze.

"what do you mean like me?" seungmin breathed out, trying to read the red haired.

"like you who's dangerous for everyone. you should be killed." hyunjin spitted the words out like venom.

the heart of the vampire, the heart that was always laughed at but the figuratively meaning of it is always present but still forgotten. if seungmin could hear his dead black heart break, he would have. with what hyunjin said, he knows the shifter is right, he is dangerous.

the sharp intake of air from felix broke the spiraling thick tension around the red haired shifter and the brown haired vampire. the two kept staring, or glaring rather, nevertheless of the situation, but seungmin's mind is going over a thousand rerun.

"i don't know what you've been through, hyunjin ... but that doesn't give you the right to talk shit about me. you also don't know me yet i didn't talk shit about you or your friends even if i don't also have the greatest nicest memories of your kind." the brown haired's eyes glistened with crimson and purple swirling on his orbs.

"seungmin .." felix was about to hold the younger but a small blizzard stopped him and in an instant, the vampire was gone.

"he'll be back ... but you've gone way out beyond the line, shifter. you don't know us, you don't also know what we've been through." jisung glared at the red haired, before leaving the place. felix bowed down, eyes turning blue and dropping down his gaze to the ground, he was sad of course. chan gave the red haired a frosty look, then dragging felix with him, following jisung to the woods.

"we'll be back." felix assured minho, who's face hardened with the attitude of his soon to be knight.

"we'll leave you two, we'll check the perimeter and look for food again." changbin informed the alpha, gesturing for yeonjun and beomgyu to follow him to the woods. and when they left, hyunjin bowed his head in embarrassment and guilt, as minho bore his eyes to the younger.

"that's not very nice of you, knight."
