"I appreciate it" I smiled. We went inside and he made Dinner. Soon an older man came in.

"Eddie" the man questioned. "Uncle Wayne this is Lou, she needed somewhere to crash" Eddie said. Wayne cleared his throat. "Are you in trouble" he asked staring at my stomach.  "Oh God no, just stress at my house witg my brother missing" I said.  "Your Joyce's kid?" He questioned and I nodded.  "You as psychotic as she is" his question hurt.

"Enough, don't you have somewhere to be" Eddie said standing between me and his uncle.  Wayne scoffed and grabbed a beer and left once again.
"Look I'm sorry if I've ruined whatever you have going on" I said. "Its fine really, shouldn't be doing that stuff anyways" Eddie chuckled. "I never did take you for the kind of girl to do it" He said. "I'm full of surprises" I said and he raised his eye brow and stepped closer. He was going to say something when someone knocked on the door he looked out the peep whole and put me in his room and shushed me.

"Lou here" a voice asked. I hid quietly in Eddie's room "nope, just me" Eddie answered.  "Look I saw her leave with you and she's not at hoppers" the voice said
"Listen Hargrove, I don't keep tabs on chick's that aren't mine" Eddie said. "Listen Munson, if I find out you've messed with her ill kill you" Billy's voice echoed through the trailer. Eddie shut the door and I heard his camero roar away.

"Nice guy billy" Eddie said plopping next to me on his bed. "Yeah, great" I said sarcastically. "So what he fuck you and didn't call?" Eddie said.  I shook my head. "I haven't done that and plus im not Billy's type" I said. "Really that boy is drawn to daddy issues and a nice ass and you angel have both" Eddie said

I just stared at him. "Now when you say you haven't done it, did you mean at all or with billy?" He asked.  "If you're asking if I'm a Virgin the answer is yes" I said firmly. Eddie sat up. "What's wrong with the boys of Hawkins" he chuckled.  "I'm complicated, I'm no angela that throws herself at everyone, I'm no goody two shoes Nancy, and I'm definitely no cheerleader" I said poking at the fact he had hooked up with Christy last summer.

We got to talking about life again and I told him about my dad, and why I had left Hawkins to begin with.  "And that was right after Steve came back" he asked adding to the story from earlier. "Yeah" I sighed.

"Maybe you should give Hopper a chance to explain, I mean if you can believe these up side down stories" Eddie said.  "I'll even go with you" he smiled resting his hand on my thigh.  I agreed and he drove me back to hoppers.

We walked in and the kids were all sitting around and Hopper was pacing.  "Lou" he sighed hugging me. "Please let me explain" he said. I looked back at Eddie who placed his hand on the small of my back. "Go on angel" he cooed Softly.  He sat beside me as Hopper explained about the lab and the girl they called El. "Why did she say sorry about Will" I asked. El looked up. "Hes stuck, I tried" she said Softly not forming full sentences, I watched as Mike grabbed her hand. Hopper continued to explain the she would help us bring will and barb back.  I gripped Eddie's thigh out of anxiety. He placed his hand on mine.

"Okay" was all I said. Mike, Lucas and Dustin left.

"Lou, friend" el said pointing to Eddie.  "Uh boyfriend" Eddie said. "Boyfriend" she repeated. I looked up at Hopper. "I'm gonna need your help Lou" he pleaded. "Can't Joyce watch her" I asked. "I'll ask" Hopper said.

He fixed a late dinner and put El to bed and came back out into the living room. "So Edward" Hopper started. "No Hopper, no 20 questions, please" I begged. "I just gotta ask one" Hopper said.  "What time do you have her home by" he asked. "9pm jim" Eddie answered smugly while putting his Arm around me.

"How are Billy and max" Hopper asked. "Max is doing great Joyce loves her, as for Billy, he's been staying with Angela" I said and Hopper shook his head. "Hopper, I'm gonna be staying with Eddie, this is just too much, I hope you understand" I said and he sighed and nodded.

I said goodnight and we got back into the van. I just started crying. "Oh angel no" Eddie cooed doing his best to console me. "Let me get you home ill take care of you" he said and started driving.

He carried me inside and laid me on the couch in his room. "Angel talk to me" he said Softly.
"He fixed her food and tucked her in and I'm upset because he's not my dad but he was the closest thing and" I took a breath "I know it's hard sweetheart, but if you let me ill take care of you" Eddie said. I just stared at him.

Someone started pounding on the door.  "Lou I need lou" the voice begged as Eddie answered. I came round the corner. "Billy" I said Softly.  "Max is missing" he said. "Shes not at the arcade, she's not in her room and Neil will be home in 20 Mins and if I don't have her back, Lou please" he begged. "Shes probably with Lucas and Dustin, check the junkyard, if you don't find her call me" I said and he left.

I sighed heavily knowing if he didnt find her, i would be rescuing a beaten billy again. I sighed .  "Lou if you're unavailable please tell me" he said. "I'm not dating anyone" I said again. He walked back to his room. I could hear him going through a drawer.  "Here" he said handing me a ring.  "I'm kinda possessive of my girl so please wear this" he said

I placed the ring on my finger. Eddie smiled proudly.  "Now how about we sleep, you've had a long day angel" he said I nodded and he handed me some pajama shorts and his hellfire shirt.

My phone rang.

Max was at the junkyard, Billy got home in time.

"There see all better now please" Eddie said patting his bed. I curled up beside him. Hawkins was quiet. Too quiet.

Thursday morning.
My brother was found
My friend was dead.

I sat on the steps at my mom's.  Will was beginning to act just like Steve did.
Eddie had to go with his uncle to Kentucky and wouldn't be back for a month.
I sighed heavily.

"Hes gonna be okay" Jonathan said sitting beside me. "Yeah" I mumbled fidgeting with Eddie's ring.

"So you and Munson huh" he said. "Yeah he's a good guy" I said smiling.
