Three years later (Age 767), the Z Fighters go to the Island, where Future Trunks and Hagisu tell them that some fighters are already on top of a mountain waiting for the rest. Even Raditz is waiting with Yamcha and Tien. The others finally showed up, but Gine told everyone that she was done fighting and was currently living at Bulma's place. Goku looked less focused than usual, which caught Raditz's attention.

Before they start searching, Bulma shows she is carrying a baby named Trunks. Trunks look the same, but his father is Raditz and not Vegeta. After congratulating them, Raditz drags his brother and sister to the side. He then asks his brother what's on his mind. Goku doesn't feel like talking about it, but Hagisu tells Goku to start searching while Hagisu fills in Raditz on what happened to Goku.

Hagisu started their story last year after Chi-Chi gave birth to Goten. Goku said he couldn't wait to start training him, but that's when Chi-Chi snapped and barked at Goku, leading to her wanting a divorce. Once she recovers from the hospital, Chi-Chi still goes through with her plan to divorce Goku and leave Gohan and Goten with him. Raditz thought about it and then mentioned that it was weird that Bulma and Gine were visiting him often.

And another thought as to why they returned with both of his nephews. But then Goku returns to Raditz and asks him where Vegeta is, and he explains that Vegeta left the planet for good two years ago. Everyone's thoughts must stop when Piccolo yells out that the Androids are in the sky and are now within the city. Within a few seconds, everyone rushed to where the Androids landed, but they couldn't find them.

Everyone splits up and searches for the droids, only for Yamcha to be caught by them and get his chest stabbed by Android 20's hand. Piccolo and Hagisu sense Yamcha's power draining as they go off to help. While they get everyone's attention, Android 20 starts shooting his eye beams, hurting people around them. Goku suggests a different place to fight, and 20 agrees as he doesn't care what place they kill Goku.

Everything remains the same with 19 and Goku's fight against the heart virus kicking in. Yamcha takes Goku to Master Roshi's place, where they left the medication, and Hagisu follows them. Raditz changes into his Super Saiyan form and starts putting fear into Android 19, ripping his arms off. He then finishes him off with the family technique of the Kamehameha wave, killing 19. He turns his attention to 20, but they all think he moves fast for an older man.

Quickly, the fighters looked for 20 in the forest where Krillin had found him. He then quickly enters his secret lab to turn on 17 and 18. He tries to think about it at first. Still, Raditz shows up simultaneously with him and Piccolo, blasting the doors open. There, they see the real Androids. Just moments when the doors slammed open, 17 killed Android 20, but then two blasts behind the fighters came at them as they moved out of the way, and the double blast destroyed the lab.

But the Androids and a pod are still alive, which pissed off Future Hagisu as she starts her Hellzone Grenade with Piccolo joining. They both pull their attack on the Androids, but they remain undamaged. The fighters chase after the Androids after they awaken Android 16, as Future Trunks finds it annoying that there are more Androids. Still, as they stop chasing them, Raditz goes into Super Saiyan along with Future Hagisu as they both take on Android 17 while 18 takes on the present Hagisu and the rest handles 16.

16 easily beats the fighters he is up against but leaves them away. His only goal is to kill Goku, while 17 just finished beating up Saiyans and Trunks since he tried to help but only got in the way. 18 and presents Hagisu's fight going from the mountains to a plain field where Hagisu has been trying to talk some sense into 18, telling her it's pointless to be controlled by someone else. Killing is not the answer to someone else's revenge, which she tries to ignore, but deep down, 18 knows this to be true from Hagisu's words.
