"Ahhhhhhhh!" Chrissy screams at the top of her lungs alerting the whole class, you jump up on your knees covering her mouth, shushing her. "You're alerting the whole country!" you chuckle. "Sorry, sorry." Chrissy in a much more lower voice replies with a big smile on her face, y/n sits back down on the floor and picks up her paintbrush before continuing to paint the poster on the floor. "When did he ask you?" unable to contain her excitement, Chrissy asks very cheery. "Like an hour ago. We were at the picnic table in the woods." a smile grows on your lips. "He got up and picked some flowers--" "-The ones you came in with?" "Yeah! He came up to me and then asked if I'd like to go on a date with him." you bite your whole bottom lip, trying to contain the smile from growing any more. "Where is he taking you?" "I don't know, he didn't tell me." you wash your paintbrush in the water before placing it down. "Y/nnnn, I'm so excited for you!" Chrissy scoots closer to you and hugs you, you chuckle and hug her back.

"Class remember, these posters have to be done by the end of this period so you have ten minutes left!" you art teacher shouts out to the whole class. The whole class are making posters to put up around the school, the art class are fundraising money for the animals in the shelter, to help out with any essential needs they would need; food, toys, health support, etc. "What do you think?" you ask as the two of you stand up looking down at your poster "Think it's good enough?" you look at each other and smile "If there were a competition, we would win first place." the two girls chuckle. Y/n kneels down and picks up the paint tubes "I'll go put these away you just clean up."

The bell has rang and everyone is heading to the cafeteria. "Where do you want to put this?" carrying the poster in one hand and the flowers Eddie picked in your other hand, side by side you and Chrissy walk with the rest of the students. "Here is fine, everyone will see it as they walk past it." Chrissy points beside the cafeteria entrance. "Okay hold this." you hand her the poster and start dividing the small ball of blue tack into even smaller four pieces, you stick them on, on each corner of the poster. Chrissy then sticks it on the wall "Looks good, as long as no one touches it, it should stay on the wall." Chrissy steps back, standing next to you she looks at the A3 size of paper on the wall. "Ready to go?" she looks at you and you zip up your jacket and cover your neck. "As long as Jason doesn't notice, there shouldn't be any commotion." Chrissy links arms with you and you both walk into the cafeteria "He just thinks that Eddie is dangerous." "That's dumb." you both laugh and head towards the cheerleaders and basketball players table.

"I did it guys." Eddie sets down his lunch box on the table before sitting down. "Did what?" Mike asks as he eats his food, staring at Eddie for his reply. "You got some flowers in your hair." Jeff points out to Eddie. "I've got a date with y/n y/l/n." Eddie grins, the whole table laughs at him in disbelief "Yeah right." Dustin laughs. "You all are just jealous." Eddie crosses his arms as he leans back in his seat. "Because you got an imaginary date with her?" Gareth nudges Jeff and they chuckle more. "What's that on your neck?" Mike mentions, pointing at Eddies neck with the same hand he holds his sandwich in, while Eddie smirks before his attention is caught by laughter coming from the entrance of the cafeteria hall. The guys follow Eddies eyes and see y/n and Chrissy walking together with their arms linked, giggling and talking about something. Y/n looks over to where Eddie sits and makes eye contact with him, she smiles and waves to him with the hand she's holding the flowers he picked. The whole table turn their attention back to Eddie with their mouths wide open. "The flowers--" "She put them in my hair, braided some in." Eddie leans forwards, resting his elbows on the table and gets his lunch out his lunchbox.

Dustin laughs "You look like a pretty princess." he laughs together with the other guys except for Mike "Shut up. Last time I checked both your and Mikes girlfriends aren't even here." he stares at the two boys, shutting Dustin up. "Yous are just jealous." Mike realizes something and laughs "You would definitely let Suzie stick flowers in your hair as you sing your song." Dustin looks at Mike slowly with a pale face, like he has seen a ghost. "Turn around, look at what you see~" Mike starts singing and snapping his fingers, impersonating Dustin. Everyone at the tables start laughing "In her face, the mirror of your dreams~" Dustin nudges Mikes side with his elbow "Alright, alright." Mike's the one now laughs together with the other guys. "What about your neck?" Dustin asks and Eddie just looks up at him with a smirk. Both Mikes and Dustins eyes widen "Did yous...Did you do--" Dustin whispers to him but Eddie cuts him off, seeing how the boy was having a hard time saying it "-No. You shouldn't be thinking about that even." Eddie throws piece of his food at Dustin and he yelps. "Just make sure Jason doesn't find out about you two, or he'll start a fight with you." Mike mentions with his mouth half full of food. "He can't do anything, pretty boy has to keep a good reputation to stay in the team." Eddie smirks, taking small bits of his food and eating it.
