1 Years Later
It has been 2 years since the incident, today was the last chance for Malhotra to prove themselves otherwise the judge will give a verdict in Tyagi's favour.
Karan, Nandini and Bulbul reached court as the hearing was about to start in 10 minutes. Karan asked "Beta Aaru kahan rah gaya hai? Phone kar na usko"
"Papa main kabse kar rahi hun lekin wo phone nahi utha raha hai mera.." she said tensely.
Sharad said "Aarav ka aana bahut zaroori hai.. Wo uss ladki ko leke aana wala tha na?"
"Afsoos na wo ladki aayegi aur na tumhara pyaara bhai" Vinay spoke from behind.
Bulbul turns and eyed him with anger gaze. She understood he was the reason for the delay in the arrival of her brother and the witness. She asked "kya kiya tumne?"
He whispers in her ear "last chance diya tha tumhare bhai ko.. Meri baat maanne ka par nahi suna usne.. Ab apni jaan toh gawani hi thi na use.. Behen ki ijzat ke badle" he said with a mischvious smile on his face.
Bulbul's eyes became wide hearing his words. Tears slip down her eyes as her last hope was shattered. The hard work, and efforts they were doing for 2 years all went in vain today.
Sharad said "Aap log chalyie.. Please andar"
They walked into the court, Bulbul closes her eyes for a moment. She looks at her mother who was having tears in her eyes. She said "mumma kuch nahi hua hoga hamare Aaru ko.. Wo zaroor aayega usne promise kiya tha mujhse mujhe wo begunah sabit karega mera licence wapas dilwayega! Apna wada nahi todega mujhe yakeen hai"
"Yakeen toh mujhe bhi tha uspe.. Lekin ye log jab Sharad ka accident karwa sakte hai toh Aarav aur uss masoom ladki ka kyun nahi?" Nandini asked fearfully.
Bulbul gulps down her throat, she prays to God that her brother is fine and reaches the court on time.
The hearing starts, S.K Sharma says "your honour.. Iss case mein ab kuch nahi bacha hai.. Mere client ko pareshan kiya jaa raha hai! Aaj aap please apna faisla suna dijiye"
Sharad stands up and interrupts "your honour please.. Kuch waqt dijiye ek aisa gawah hai hamare paas jisse sab saabit ho jayega!"
"Ye aap pichle 2 saal se kah rahe hai par kuch saabit nahi kar paaye hai! Mere client ka naam hi nahi balki itne bade hospital ki reputation bhi kharab ho rahi hai iss case ki wajah se"
Sharad keeps them busy and argues "Aur mere client ki zindagi bhi toh barbaad ho hi chuki hai! Inke client kitne shareef hai. Main batata hun aapko.. Inhone mera accident tak karaya taaki main ye case na ladh sakun"
"Iska kya saboot hai aapke paas?" S.k Sharma questions with a smirk.
"Saboot, facts inn sabke chakkar mein begunah ko saza mil jaati hai lekin aaj aisa nahi hoga your honour jis ladki ki awaaz gayi hai unke bhai ne khud confess kiya hai unhone kabhi FIR ki hi nahi" Sharad said.
Bulbul was shocked "maine kaha tha.. Viren aur Manvi nahi aane chahiye..."
She stands up and says "sharad please.. Unn dono ko isme beech mein mat lao"
The judge eyes her and said "aap please baith jayie.."
Bulbul sits down and Sharad continues.. "Sir.. FIR jis waqt ki gayi uss samay mere client ke dono patients fly kar rahe they ye hai flight ki details aur airport ki CCTV footage" he forwards and the judge looks at him.
S.k Sharma was shocked, how the hell did he gets the details as he had strictly told his friend not to hand over details to anyone?
Sharad smirks at him and whispers "kaha tha aaj tumhe jeetne nahi dunga.."
