I'm.. moving? I barely opened my eyes to see a white blob above me. As my vision cleared I see.. Sanemi!? Was he carrying me?! I shifted my head downward, level with my knees. Yep, he was. He looked down at me.
"You're up?" He still was as rough as always.
"Mhm.. why are you carrying me?"
"Bringing you back to the corps"
"I can walk back by myself."
He grunted in disagreement
"After watching you faint? Hell, no. Anyways, how'd ya faint anyways?"
Is this caring? I have no clue.
"Fell.. outta a tree. At least that's what I'm guessing."
"Hm."
"Sanemi?"
"Don't call me that."
"Shinazugawa?"
"Better, what?"
Well I guess we aren't friends. My bad luck would kill him off anyways..
"Why were you following me?"
"I wasn't."
"Liar."
"I won't tell you."
"Fine."
I didn't know why he let me or why I did it but I leaned into him and closed my eyes.
He started talking to himself.
"Damn it, I fall fast."
Was he.. talking about me?
He isn't, at least I hope. The rest of the walk he just hummed. I eventually fell asleep, pretty easily. I felt miserable and in pain.
