It was the laziest day Kaya had in a while and honestly, she just wanted to act upon it. She was sat in the drawing room on the couch, with her legs stretched onto the table watching "Call Me by Your Name."

It was strange and very unlike Kaya to not play Netflix at a speed of 2x. Mostly, she didn't have time nor the patience to go through a movie or a series bit by bit but today she was more than fine with every thing being slow.

It was true that she had a lot on her plate; the university was sucking her ounce by ounce, her skin still pricked at the memory of Uncle Vishwas's touch, the thought of Saachi revealing her terrified her to the core and the pictures of her family didn't let her sleep but at the moment, she just wanted to be a selfish, careless bitch and not give a fuck about her responsibilities and the dos.

Everything could go down in drain, she cared the least right now and, this film was quite popular in her circle to miss out, especially when gay relationships intrigued her a lot.

But despite so much of efforts, Kaya couldn't brainwash herself enough. The scenes would engage her but not as much as to keep her mind stable and adhered to it at all times. She would randomly snap out, get distracted by the reality of her life, curse and hate herself before going back to watching the movie.

Aryan observed Kaya's face twitch as she tried to bring her attention back to the screen. She was so busy managing her emotions that she'd not noticed Aryan enter the house, not even when he was loud on the call.
