Karla POV

Harry walked over to Jenna, confidence plastered on his baby-like face. They were talking and Jenna was blushing. It was quite different seeing her like this. She has always been so strong and independent.

In fact, she did not even have this reaction when she first met her last boyfriend.

"Well..how about we head to the soccer field? Everyone bring their cleats?" Niall asked. Everyone lifted their cleats and smiled as a reaction.

How did everyone know we were going to the field except me? I should have known! I did not even know he played soccer. I would have been attracted a whole lot sooner.

The great thing? My favorite thing is playing soccer in the rain..while it is dark. All of my friends play soccer and so does his. This date is the farthest thing for cliché. He really pays attention to me, something I'm not used to, but I love it.

The game was 1-0 and we were winning. Both Niall and Louis had really good shots on them.

I had the ball, and was dribbling swiftly down the field. Jenna was to my left, and I passed it to my left-footed best friend. For a moment, she had no pressure on her.

Then, Harry came to take the ball from her quick, little feet. I was absolutely positive she would make a move to get around him.

But, she didn't. Jenna, for the first time ever, froze.

And Harry knocked her over and fell onto her. His hands, which were quite large, were planted firmly in the mud, and supported himself just by his arms while Jenna laid on her back, their faces only inches apart from one another.

Then one of the most amazing things happened. Jenna smashed her lips into Harry's.

The whole game stopped, and all of its players just stared and Jenna and Harry.

Jenna deserved this more than anyone else I knew. I'm insanely happy for her. If she should be with anyone, I know one of Niall's friends is her best bet. Niall is one of the best guys I know and he treats me better than anyone in the world, so I hope Harry will be the same for a Jenna.

Which he better, or I'll beat the green right out of his eyes.

We all tried to play the rest of the game, but everyone was just too tired, wet, cold and distracted. So, we all went to our own homes, but not before exchanging numbers.

Jenna and Harry stayed behind for a while, walking slow and talking.

Since Niall drove me there I asked, "Hey Ni, could you take me home pretty please? I'd love you forever."

"Hmmm. You know I would do just about anything for that." He put his arm around my waist as we walked, making me laugh.

When we made it to my house, I really did not want to leave Niall. I felt so much more protected and cherished when I was with him. Why would anyone ever want to leave?

But as I opened the door and stood up, Niall grabbed my wrist. "Babe, don't go. Please?" He begged me with his puppy dog eyes.

"Okay, but just for a minute, I have soccer practice in the morning," I told him with a smirk.

"No, Kar, I mean for the night," he stated, worry in his daring eyes.

I sat and thought carefully of my answer. "Ok, Niall, that sounds perfect," I told him blushing.

"Ok, then I will wait for you here while you get your stuff."

We got back to his flat and it was glorious. Guitars were everywhere, just like my house. His walls were a light, cream brown, but all of his wood was stained to a dark brown, complimenting it perfectly. His carpets were a glistening white and were the softest carpets I had ever felt.

"Whoa, Niall! This place is amazing. You have a really good eye for this kind of stuff. I'm really surprised," I gushed.

"Actually, my friend Ali helped me a few months ago." Ali? Who is Ali? I have always been more of the "jealous type," but that's just because I like what is mine to stay mine. That probably sounds greedy, but I have had everything taken away from me before, who says that cannot happen again?

Noticing the pause and fear in my eyes he said, "You don't have to worry Karla. She is just a friend I grew up with. She helps me out with stuff like this."

"Oh, ok. You really worried me there."

"Somebody jealous?" He teased.

"But of course! Have you looked in the mirror lately? If I was a girl I'd probably try and tap that, so why wouldn't any other girl? I like you a lot, and I don't ever want to lose that."

He looked shocked at first by what I announced to him, but then the shock was replaced by a cocky smirk.

"You like me, huh?"

"Well, of course. Otherwise I would not have said yes to you," I joked and punched him lightly in the arm.

He put his nose lightly to mine and whispered,"And I'm glad you did."

He softly pressed his lips into mine, brushing past them. Which made me crave more. Just that little brush made me realize just how much I missed the taste that only his lips acquired.

So, as what was presumed to be the end of our light kiss, became a heated make out session. I have little control when it comes to Niall. I regret nothing.

We finally fell asleep in each others' arms watching a movie I don't even know the name of. It didn't matter. Nothing mattered except him. Only him.
