Lucifer
The moment my eyes landed on hers, my heart surged within me. I've been dying to see those honey-brown eyes again after she almost came apart in my arms last night with her hot little body writhing against me. The short moment with her had been like having a piece of heaven even though I didn't deserve it but that was until Enzo and his manager had to come to rip her from my arms. I had to bite down the urge to hold her to me and ask them to leave her because I couldn't let Enzo catch on to the truth that one of his dancers had caught my eye. That would be like tossing myself to the wolves for a feast.

I was heavily distracted and annoyed by the fact that she was going to plant that hot little body against another fucker, all in the name of a dance. It took a lot of sheer will to focus on the meeting I'd had with Enzo after her dismissal but now, here she was, almost in my arms.

My eyes stayed in hers for only a few seconds before I glanced at the rest of the employees.

"I'm sure y'all know why you're here and who I am?" I cocked my brow in question and the majority of them murmured their responses but my eyes strayed to my little kitten to see her head buried, and her teeth worrying her lips. "Very well, I'll introduce myself to those that are not aware. I'm your new boss, and I'll be taking over from your old boss. I bought the club, and I'll be making some major changes, starting with the expansion of the building. You can call me Lucifer,"

I saw the way most of their eyes widened on hearing my name. A sense of pride filled me with their reactions. I also didn't miss the look of horror on their faces. That's right. I didn't need to warn them not to cross me. Their faces said it all and I knew they'd be loyal to a fault. Their former boss, Gary Schindler had told me all I needed to know about them and even gave me background information on each of them.

"For now, Sebastian will continue to be your manager until he proves otherwise. He'll be the boss when I'm away and I expect you to keep to every rule that'll be imposed. Also, as soon as this place is renovated, your dress code will change. I'll not have y'all looking shabily dressed in my establishment. Is the understood?"

"Yes Sir," they responded in unison.

"Is there any question or objection to all I've said so far?" My eyes darted around them, glancing from face to face but when I got to my girl, they remained a bit, silently wishing for her to raise her head and lay those hypnotizing eyes on me but she wouldn't. Again, I looked away, fixing my hard gaze on Sebastian. "In the absence of no questions and other opinions, you may take your leave and begin your duties. Any other important information will be communicated to you with time,"

With that, they turned on their heels, filing out of the office in a single line and I saw the moment she wanted to quickly dock out but I wasn't about to let her get away from me_not that she could anymore, as I was her boss.

"Not you," I spoke and immediately, her head whipped in my direction like she knew I was referring to her. "Wait behind," I added and she shifted on her feet before stepping her aside, blessing me with those eyes.

As soon as every other person was out, I asked her to shut the door and she did. When she turned around, my gaze swept her entire being, taking in her flimsy attire. A vein ticked in my jaw. Compared to what she had on the previous night, she was well covered but I hated the thoughts of another man seeing any part of her soft smooth skin.

It should be mine. These thoughts shocked me but I quickly disposed of them.

She was just like every other woman I've met but why was I so attracted to her, even to the point of possessiveness?

Her innocence. That was the fucking answer. She portrayed an aura of innocence that made her look so alluring before me. From the moment she'd stepped into Enzo's office, thinking I was her client, it had been obvious it was her first time. I could literally hear her heart racing just like it was doing now. And when I had her in my arms, her little gasp and whimpers summed it up.

"S-Sir?" she finally said after a moment of silence, her eyes locking on mine.

"Hmm..."

"A-are you going to fire me now?" her lips quivered, anxiety rolling off her in thick waves.

"Why would I do that?" I sagged against the chair, my eyes still starting into hers while she shifted from foot to foot. I knew it was a struggle for her to keep her gaze on me but it was her own way of trying to face the situation. And again, it was a good choice because I'd never let her take those eyes from me ever again.

"Umm..." she licked her lips. "Y-you... You know after the other night. You..."

"What about the other night, love?"

A tinge of red stained her cheeks and I watched her struggle to hide her shy expression by lowering her gaze but I growled in disapproval.

"Eyes on me when you speak, angel. Now what about the other night?"

"Y-you know I was w-with you and now you're my boss. It's not decent to have me as your employee after seeing me in such a manner," her voice was barely above a whisper but I heard every word.

"Do you want me to fire you because you gave me a lap dance I didn't ask for?"

More color stained her cheeks but she shook her head in response.

"I may consider it, unless you stop working at The Rave," thoughts of seeing her scantily dressed and sashaying around other men had me on edge.

Calm down, Lucifer. You barely know her.

"I... I don't work there. It was only a one time thing,"

"Good. It should remain a one time thing if you want to keep your job here,"

Again, she nodded.
"Thank you, Sir,"

"Not Sir, it's Lucifer to you,"

"B-but you're my boss,"

"That's why you'll do as I say,"

I smirked when her brows knitted together in confusion, her lips pausing in a pout.

"And I know you're not Dina, so what's your real name?"

"It's actually Adina,"

"Mmm..."

But you're mine, My little kitten.

"Very well, Get to work, Adina,"

Before I was done with my words, she was already scurrying out of the office as if she couldn't stand spending another second with me. As much as it upset me, my eyes couldn't keep off her pert ass swaying in that mini skirt. I gritted my teeth, knowing other men will be seeing it too.

They definitely needed a change of uniform.

For the rest of the evening, I sat in my office completing some of the paperwork of the contract with Gary, but mostly, my eyes were constantly on my computer screen, watching Adina as she served customers in the bar.

The club was now busier than it had been when I'd first arrived seeing as it was evening and also the weekend. I told myself I was watching to see how things were going but deep down, I knew it was just to get a glimpse of my little kitten.

You need to get it together, Lucifer.

A wave of annoyance hit me, as I realized how much she's distracting me.

How much I stay here or abandon this club will be greatly affected by her, and the wise decision was to stay the fuck away.

Men like me aren't cut out for girls like her. But don't we all want the things we can't get?
