Escaped

We all looked up at the cell window. You could just barely see his ash blond strand of hair out the cell window. "Oh my titan.." I muttered quietly.

"Ok! I have a plan to help him escape! So-" Luz began, but ut was more like a rant. "Hold on, escape?" Amity asked. Luz nodded then continued. "So, first Edric, since you know illusions, you and Eda will fly up there and you can create an illusion to make it seem like he's in the cell, then Amity, you create a abomination to bust down the wall and help his escape!" She explained, it wasn't very detailed. "What about me?!" King yelled.

Probably loud enough for Hunter to hear. "Well- you can watch and route our way to the owl house?" Luz suggested. King nodded confidently.

So- the escape plan began. Me and Eda flew up to the cell window with her staff. When we got up to the cell, Hunters head rose and looked at me. "Edric? Why are yo- what are you doing here?!" Hunter quietly shouted, "You're gonna get caught!" I looked at him and put my hands on the bars and my face came closer to his.

I could feel his face heat up. I went in for a kiss until, "Eda! Edric! Hurry!!" Luz shouted from the ground. I backed away I released my hands from the bars. Hunter backed away from the window and his expression saddened. Amity flew up with her staff next to us. At the same time, I created a illusion of Hunter sleeping in the cell, while Amity created a abomination that busted the wall.

Amity grabbed Hunters hand and pulled him on her staff with her. We all flew back down and as soon as we hit the ground, me and Hunter ran to each other and hugged- well, I ran to him and hugged him. He hugged back. "Awe, so wholesome, now let's go!" Amity rushed. I don't think she liked the fact me(her brother) and Hunter(basically her enemy) hugging each other.

We ran back to the owl house. When we got there we all stopped infront of it, to catch out breaths. I looked at Hunter, who was standing next to me. When no one was watching, I leaned in and kissed him. I felt my face heat up as he kissed back. Then, 'Click!' I turned my head, Luz. She took a picture of us kissing! "LUZ!!" Hunter shouted as he started to chase her. They took around 5 laps around the owl house. Me, Amity, King, and Eda just watched.

Finally, Hunter tackled Luz and snatched her phone from her. He started pressing buttons to delete the photo. "Ugh! How do I delete this thing!?" He complained. I laughed silently. Then he deleted it. "Ok, so about that kiss.." Amity said, annoyed. She turned to me. "I didn't know you had a thing for the emperor's nephew. Like- wow, you could've told me! And you know I don't like him! I could've gotten used to this if you told me you liked him beforehand, but noo, you had to wait till now!" She stormed off, furious.

I watched her shocked. "Amity! Wait up!" Luz shouted chasing after her. They walked into the shadow of the trees, you could faintly hear them. I sighed as I turned to the others. Amity is definitely gonna tell mom, I wouldn't be allowed back home. Wait.. I won't be allowed home... no no.. no... i felt tears sting my eyes.

The first tear fell, it rolled down my cheek as more tears came. I fell to my knees. I covered my face as I sobbed. "I'm not- I'm not g-gonna be allowed home!" I managed to mutter out. My words combined with each other. "She's- gonna t-ell mom! I can't go home! No no no no!!" I continued. "Wow kid- calm down," Eda says calmly. Hunter came over next to me and got on one knee and a arm around me. "It's ok.. Edric- look at me."

I looked at him. He reassured me it would be ok. He was supriseingly good at comforting. I gasped for air as I satred into his eyes. I could feel my eyes, they were all puffy. Hunter stood and held his hand out to me. I grabbed it and stood. We went inside and all sat on the couch.

"Uhm- Hunter, I'm uh- sorry that I kissed you- it wasn't su-" I started until I felt Hunters soft lips touch mine. I stared into his eyes shocked. "No need to apologize," Hunter spoke. "Oh wow! Hunter and Edric sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G!!" Hooty sang. We all turned to him as the door flew open. Luz, Amity and.. Mom!?
