"So, wait, you and Ryder are dating? Or like, are you two together?" Andee questions, expression both curious and confused. She and Bex had sat me down in our living room the second I got home this morning, still floating on the cloud of bliss that Ryder had put me on, keeping me there until the very early hours of the morning.
"Uh, I mean, we haven't labeled anything." I say slowly and they both raise their eyebrows simultaneously.
"Still, you went out with Emerson last night," Andess clarifies. "But came home with Ryder because you both like each other and finally admitted it."
"That pretty much sums it up." I shrug, smiling happily as I remember last night, and the feeling of his hands on my body. I'd had the most sex I'd ever had in one night, and the funny thing is, I still want more. There's just something about the way we connect, the way he makes me feel, and the way I can tell I make him feel that's different.
"Bitch," Bex huffs, expression frustrated. "Give us more details, please."
I laugh, shaking my head as they both glare at me, clearly confused at my easy demeanor. Especially when I was just as aware as they were that there hadn't been anything easy about my demeanor in more than 6 months.
"Look, it really doesn't make any sense," I sigh. "He and I really just tolerated each other for years, but he makes me . . . feel like myself again . . . somehow."
"Awe," Andee gasps, clasping her hands. "That's so sweet."
"Is his dick really as big as Penelope Braddish keeps bragging it is?" Bex blurts and I blink wide-eyed, a both humored and shocked expression on my face.
"Well, it's definitely not small." I admit and we laugh loudly together.
"You do look extremely well-fucked this morning." Andee agrees and I blush instantly.
"He's, well, he definitely knows what he is doing." I say, trying to ignore the sly looks they were both giving me.
"So, what happens now?" Bex continues. "Are you going to go out?"
I nod slowly.
"I think so." I say, the words feeling strange coming out of my mouth. I never thought I'd be dating Ryder Harris, let alone allow him to do the things that he did to me last night. "He said he's going to text me, and we'll figure out a date."
"Oh my gosh," Andee sighs, getting up and moving around our coffee table to sit next to me and wrap an arm around me. "This is so exciting, I mean, you seriously moved up in the world."
"What's that supposed to mean?" I laugh and Bex nods, looking at Andee.
"I'm just saying that you two look really good together," Andee explains. "And now, you and I can actually go on double dates with him and Tristan."
