Chapter 10: Their Vigilante

Gunshots were being fired everywhere as the VPD were fighting against Tommy and some members of the New California Republic. Tommy ducked down behind some cover as he shouted over to Laura. "I'm all out of ammo!"

"Me too!" Carl shouted over as Laura was also all out, she thought hard as more and more gunshots came their way. "I got two smoke grenades!. Tommy you charge from the left!, Carl!..you go from the right!. I'll go central."

Carl was very courageous so he was up for it. Tommy was being forced to kill his colleagues and hated doing it but he had to do it for what he did to Paul. "Alright! I'm ready!"

Laura smirked and took out her grenades. "On my mark!...THREE!....TWO!....ONE GO GO GO!"

Xolo charged Paul as he simply dodged it causing Xolo to run into the wall. "Your head screwed on right? That's not me." Paul was playing with him as Xolo ran towards him once again. Paul ducked and hit him in the mid section as Xolo would stop and groan. Paul lifted his face up before hitting him with a swinging right fist, he done it once more before Xolo blocked it and headbutted Paul back. "I'm gonna rip that fucking mask off" Xolo walked toward him as Paul lifted his leg up and kicked Xolo back, Xolo recovered and charged into Paul, pushing him into a wall as he would start choke Paul, he tried to breathe but his hold on him was too much, Paul kicked him in the crotch before kicking him in the head, Xolo blocked the head kick which then gave Paul time to attack Xolo. Paul began using all his power on Xolo

Left hook, right hook, low kick, high kick. He uppercutted Xolo as he would nearly be knocked over the edge. Paul went for the finishing punch as Xolo ducked and swerved before pushing Paul OFF the edge, Paul had to think QUICKLY as he used the new gadget Joshua made for him. He pressed a button on his right forearm which would shoot out three blades towards Xolo. The blade's connected and shot into Xolo's body causing him stumble back into the wall but now...Paul was gone. He had fallen off the edge. 

Xolo grunted and smirked as he done it. The Vigilante was gone, the VPD were gone too as the last of them were outside fighting. Xolo was so weak now as he could barely get up. He bit his lip as he tried to get up before A HAND GRIPPED ONTO THE EDGE...Xolo's eyes widened as he looked towards the edge, grunting could be heard as Xolo would soon realise...The Vigilante was ALIVE. Paul slowly got back up as blood covered his face, aches and pains all around his body but he was STILL going, he looked to his left to see a giant metal bell. He looked at it before staring down Xolo. Resistance versus Resilience.

Paul stood tall and slowly walked towards Xolo as he got an idea..he would grunt and hold his mid section before slowly stumbling to his left. Xolo saw this as an opportunity so he built up his strength and walked over. Paul then shot out his wire, bringing the HUGE bell over and smashing it against Xolo as he would fall down and become unconscious. Paul slowly looked down at Xolo said. "Third time's a charm huh.."

The Battle at the water tower ended in flames as Xolo's gang set it on fire. 

Tommy,Carl and Lieutenant Wilde fended off the Vegas Police Department as they managed to stop Sinchoski. 

Chloe found Joshua who was barely alive after his great sacrifice. They got out before the Tower was engulfed in flames.

Paul Romero channeled the Powers of The Vigilante whilst following The Way of The Mojave as he Defeated Xolo Garcia once and for all. He not only escaped the flames of the Tower as he brought Xolo with him outside. 

Sinchoski was put into prison for his crimes and corrupted way as Tommy would become the VPD's newest Chief.

Joshua was nursed back to health and found pride in helping Paul and taking down Xolo.

This was huge for the NCR as news began to break out across the Mojave. Their Influence grew as The Legion observed in the Shadows...

The Vigilante was hailed as a hero by many. Paul and Chloe were closer then ever as Paul now had someone who cared about him.

Xolo quietly sung to himself as he was being transported to prison. He slowly looked at a wall in front of him as his singing would stop. One small green vial in hand, The last portion of Gen-Z. That look of Vengeance and Anger once again grew in his eyes but now he was composed... 

Ready to Strike.
