As the car left Hillerska, two hearts were crushed.
Wilhelm felt the glass shards of his fragile heart traveling through his body, poking sharp holes in his veins and arteries, causing blood to pour through like the tears.
Simon felt- well- nothingness. It was as if his poor, little heart had given up on him and stopped feeling after all it had been put through.
The boys did not share the same feelings, but both their hearts needed to be stitched back together by the intricate sowing patterns of love.
