Wilhelm couldn't believe what he just saw.

Simon and Emil... it couldn't be.

Deep down, Wilhelm knew it was what he deserved. He treated Simon like sh!t, and Simon deserves someone that doesn't.

As he rushed back to the party, hot tears slipped down Wilhelm's cheeks. He didn't even bother wiping them away.

The room had grown quieter, and a huge circle of people had formed in the center of it. They seemed to be playing some sort of game involving blindfolds.

"Hey Wille!" some guy shouted. "Come join our game!"

Wilhelm looked around. Nearly EVERYONE at the party was sitting in the circle. And the only escape was back towards Simon.

Wilhelm took a tentative step forward before plopping down next to a kind looking boy with ginger hair.

"Here, take a blindfold," the ginger boy said.

"Why? What are we doing?" Wilhelm asked in a hushed tone.

"Some kissing game. Everyone puts on a blindfold and walks to the middle of the circle. Whoever you touch first, you kiss. Then everyone walks back to their places in the circle and takes their blindfolds off, never knowing who they kissed."

To Wilhelm, this sounded like a stupid game. But that's exactly what he needed. Something f*cking stupid to match his own f*cking stupidity.

What's the worst that could happen? He'd kiss some random person, therefore getting back at Simon. Sounded pretty good to Wilhelm.

"Okay," Wilhelm replied, taking the blindfold from the boy and putting it on.

-

Simon pushed Emil farther from him.

"I-I'm sorry," Simon stammered out before sprinting after Wilhelm into the party.

He was greeted by the same odd circle in the center of the room.

Simon's eyes flicked through every single person making up the circle, and they came to rest on Wilhelm.

Oh sh!t. Simon knew this game. This was that kissing game that Hillerska students always talked about playing.

'Why the hell would Wilhelm be playing a kissing game...?' Simon's mind was frantic.

Simon's eyes darted to Emil outside and then back to Wilhelm.

Emil. Wilhelm.

Emil.

Wilhelm.

Simon made his choice. He sat down in the circle next to a blonde girl and grabbed a blindfold.

At least the game would take his mind off the kiss with Emil. Simon couldn't believe he had been so stupid.

Suddenly, somebody cried out, "Everyone has their blindfolds on?"

Simon heard a jumble of voices murmur a yes.

"Okay then," the same person started to say. "On the count of three, everyone goes to the middle and touches someone."

"One."

Simon's palms began to sweat. Why was he doing this again?

"Two."

What if Wilhelm saw who Simon was kissing somehow and got angry? Oh wait, Simon didn't owe him anything. This was just a distraction.

"Three!"

-

Wilhelm shot off the ground and walked to the center of the room, arms out like a zombie.

Surprisingly, he made it quite a few paces before crashing into someone.

Wilhelm touched the outline of the person's figure to get a feel for where he was in relation to them.

Slowly but surely, Wilhelm shifted until he was almost positive that he was right in front of the mystery person.

Simultaneously, Wilhelm and his soon to be kissing partner wrapped their arms around each other to get closer.

The embrace felt warm and safe.

Wilhelm's hands traveled up the body of the person until they reached the other's face.

Wilhelm cupped it before closing the gap between their lips.

At first, Wilhelm's and the person's lips didn't match up perfectly (since they were blindfolded), but after ten or so seconds of maneuvering, they started to work together in a satisfying rhythm.

The lips of this mystery person were quite soft against Wilhelm's. He was rather enjoying this kiss, and it for sure took his mind off Simon momentarily.

Wilhelm hungrily opened the others mouth with his tongue and was just beginning to enter it when his blindfold suddenly slipped.

"F*CK!" Wilhelm yelled, out loud, making everyone in the room jump blindly.

"Er- sorry," Wilhelm said before grabbing the 'mystery person' and dragging them outside.

It. Was. Simon.

As soon as they were away from the commotion, Wilhelm lifted Simon's blindfold.

"F*CK!" Simon screamed when he regained sight, equally as loud as Wilhelm had done.

"I know," Wilhelm hissed at him. "My blindfold slipped and I- I had to tell you before continuing."

"We tell NO ONE about this, you hear me?" Simon commanded in a now menacing tone. "You WILL forget about this, okay?" Simon took a step closer until he was just inches away from Wilhelm's face. It was frightening.

"I- okay," Wilhelm agreed, breathing heavily onto Simon's face without knowing as he said so.

A spasm of some emotion that Wilhelm couldn't place danced across Simon's face. But soon it was gone.

"This means NOTHING," Simon loudly whispered before walking away from Wilhelm seemingly back to the party.

Author's Note:

What a chapter! This was super difficult for me to write, and I don't know if I did it justice, but I tried my very best.

I promised drama, and I delivered. I did say that there would be some happy fluff soon, and I PROMISE, there will be. Just keep waiting a little longer my friends.

So much love < 33
