Sun streamed through the curtains of my hospital room. I felt comfy with my soft sheets engulfing me with warmth. Suddenly , I opened my eyes and everything was blurry and my head was pounding.
Standing up , my whole room started spinning. What is going on? I cant remember last night at all. It's probably nothing. I might have low iron.
Today, I couldn't hear children laughing. I couldn't hear anything or anyone. It was deadly silent. Too silent.
I opened my door and made my way towards the rainbow room and everyone was in there. Why couldn't I hear them like I normally do? Somethings happening to me. Maybe I am dying.
I caught the eyes with Dr Brenner who looked at me like he was trying to see something in me. He's so weird. Why did I ever accept that random phone call. This is my fault but it could be worse.
