꒰ ‧₊˚ೃ࿔ ━━━━ hugo is a pale boy with a few freckles spread across his face, he has curly red hair that goes a little bit past his ears and small blue eyes. he has a button nose and has a small gap in between his front teeth. he's a long and slender boy standing at 5'8 and he's still growing. he has soft features that make him look very boyish and innocent. his style very much shows how much money he has, although he's pretty casual with what he wears, all of his clothing is always what's most popular and expensive. whatever he wants he gets.
꒰ ‧₊˚ೃ࿔ ━━━━ it's the ability to manipulate, communicate, influence and control nature. in hugo's case he is only able to manipulate living things such as animals and plants. the techniques he first develops is animal telepathy, animal empathy, and botanical communication. when he uses his powers his irises begin to lose color and eventually become white. at the start of the story, hugo will have a lack of control/stability of his powers because of his unwillingness to accept the fact that he's a mutant. hopefully he'll overcome this lol who knows (i do i'm the author).
