Neither Natasha nor Yelena had checked in by the next morning after their Quinjet's signal had gone out. Before he could start to find out where they were going, he had to figure out if his body was still rapidly aging.
Ever since getting hit with a blast from the Time Stone, his body had started to age at a more rapid rate. The last time he had figured the rate at which his body was aging was right before he took Black Mask down the first time.
The process was simple. He had to stand in front of the Batcomputer while it scanned his body. It then used a program to calculate where his body would be classified into a general age range. Since he had done it three times before now, there was data that could be used to suggest the rate at which he was aging. Last time, there was evidence that it was slowing down, but not at a very slow rate.
But that was three years ago.
Doing the process again, Y/N stood in front of the Batcomputer as it scanned his body. Once it was finished Y/N sat into his chair as he could hear Barbara training with the same set up that Felicia once used as the program was calculating the data.
After a few moments, the results popped up on the main screen of the Batcomputer as Y/N started to analyze them. He realized that since this was using data from three years ago that the data could be outdated, but it was all he had right now.
He read the data along with the graphs and charts. The computer was advanced enough to predict that the results would have been if he continued the scans over the last three years, which also helped to figure out the current results.
His body was aging like a normal human's again.
Letting outa breath that he did not know he was holding he got up to go see how Barbara was faring before he started to track the missing Widows and Quinjet.
Natasha woke up in a start tied to a chair. Her weapons were removed along with her Widow Bites. Turning her head, she was that Yelena was starting to come to as well as she was also strapped down to a table.
"You okay?" Natasha asked.
"Other than being strapped to this... I'm good," Yelena responded. "Where are we?"
The two then started to survey the area as they looked around from their spots. THey saw that they were on a platform within a glass dome. Safe to assume that it was the ocean base that they had seen before.
They saw more platforms, all of which were being suspended from strong cables while they heard the sounds of the ocean under them. None of the platforms had walls, but they were all connected with walkways and the like. Although, they could not see under them.
Someone then walked onto their platform. It was a man in a lab coat and wore round glasses while also having a thin beard. "Ah. How terribly sorry I have kept you both waiting," The man apologized. "I had another matter that I had to take care of. But, now that you're both back with us, and awake for that matter, shall we start."
The two Widows just staired at him with a glare.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I have not introduced myself. Doctor Hugo Strange at your service," He continued. "And no, not related to Doctor Stephan Strange before you ask." He then saw that Yelena was looking at the dome of the base. "Intriguing isn't it? No walls that way we can keep our eyes on what everyone is doing... That way you cannot escape again."
"Again?" Yelena asked. "Look pal, we don't even know where we are."
"And drop the friends act," Natasha added.
"Well... you should put it bluntly. You were once apart it," Strange responded.
"Part of it?" Natasha asked. "What are you talking about?"
