The team had gone to the lab and found the Loki's scepter that they had just secured, was missing. They believed that one of the drones had taken it during the fight that had just happened. Y/N had found that Ultron was in the Avengers' files before he asked Alfred to go back to the Batcave to make room for the Quinjet since the team was going to need his copies that he had there. He also asked Alfred to delete the Brother Eye project. With Ultron being able to get into anything technological, it wasn't safe to have at the moment.
"All our work is gone. Ultron cleared out," Bruce said to Tony.
"And he used the Internet to escape," Felicia added.
"He's most likely building a new body," Y/N theorized. "He needs to be on the ground, too."
"Ultron," Steve said the programs name again.
"He's been in everything. Files, surveillance," Yelena commented.
"Probably knows more about us than we know about each other," Natasha added.
"What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?" Rhodey asked.
"Nuclear codes," Maria concluded.
"Nuclear codes," Rhodey repeated as he held his arm, still sore from the fall. "Look, we need to make some calls, assuming we still can."
"It wouldn't be safe," Y/N said. "Anything like that should be done in person. No risks that way."
"Nukes? He said he wanted us dead," Natasha said.
"He didn't say dead. He said extinct," Steve recalled.
"He also said he killed somebody," Clint reminded everyone.
"But no one else was in the building," Felicia pointed out as it then hit Y/N.
"There was," He said. "What if it wasn't a human?"
"The deceive would be correct people," Tony said as he walked to the middle of the room to display a hologram of the orange code of J.A.R.V.I.S.' program, but now there were blue parts embedded with it.
"This is insane," Bruce commented when he took a close look at the damage.
"J.A.R.V.I.S. was the first line of defense. He would've shut Ultron down, it makes sense," Steve concluded as he looked down.
"No, Ultron could've assimilated Jarvis. This isn't strategy, this is...rage," Bruce explained.
Before anyone else could add anything, Thor walking into the lab in his armor. He went right up to an unknowing Tony and grabbed him by the neck, lifting him up.
"It's going around," Clint commented.
"Come on. Use you words, buddy," Tony said.
"I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark," Thor told him, as the god held him.
Steve walked to the two to calm them down, even though Steve might have liked Tony to learn something by it.
"Thor. The Legionnaire," The soldier said.
Thor put Tony and and just stared at him. "Trail went cold about a hundred miles out but it's headed north, and it has the scepter. Now we have to retrieve it, again."
"We found it once we can do it again," Y/N said.
"Might be easier since it's with a killer robot and not a human per say," Yelena commented.
Dr. Cho, who was listening the whole time, decided to say something. "I don't understand. You built this program. Why is it trying to kill us?"
Tony was looking at a computer screen and then started to lightly laugh. Bruce was standing next to him as he shook his head.
