Stoick dragged Hiccup to the Great Hall after at the incident in the arena "I should've known, I should've seen the signs, we had deal!" Stoick yelled
"I know we did but that was before I... ah it's all messed up" Hiccup said without knowing the right words to explain himself
"So everything in the arena was a trick?! A lie?!" Stoick yelled getting furious
"I screw up I should've told you, take this one on me, be mad at me but please don't hurt Toothless or drag Blake into this" Hiccup begged
"The dragon is what you are worried about? Not all the people you almost killed?!" Stoick yelled
"He was just protecting me, he's not dangerous" Hiccup said
"They've killed hundreds of us!" Stoick yelled
"And we've killed thousands of them! They are just trying to defend themselves, they raid us because they have to" Hiccup said trying to strop his dad who was walking away
"If they don't bring enough food, they get eaten themselves, there's something else on their island dad it's a dragon the si-" Hiccup was interrupted by his dad "Island? So, you've been on their nest?"
Hiccup realize of the mistake he made and tried to correct it "Did I say nest?"
"How do you find it?!" Stoick asked "I didn't, Toothless did only a dragon can find the island" Hiccup said, then he looked at his father face knowing exactly what he was planning
"Dad no! you don't know what you are against to, it's nothing you've ever seen, dad I swear you can't win this one!" Hiccup said trying to stop his dad but Stoick only ignored him
"FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE WILL YOU PLEASE LISTEN TO ME?!" Hiccup yelled but Stoick pushed him to the ground
"You're throwing your luck into them, you are not a Viking, you are not my son and Blake he was involved in this wasn't he?" Stoick said disappointed
"When he first arrived, I got the feeling the he wouldn't be anything but trouble! Once I come back, I'll think for an appropriate punishment for him, Ready the ships!" Sotick said leaving a sad Hiccup behind

Later that day Hiccup was watching the Vikings getting on their ships ready to find the dragon's nest and they got a chained Toothless in one of then, that way he could guide them, then Astrid and Blake appeared to talk with Hiccup
"This is a mess" Blake said in a casual tone
"You must feel horrible you lost everything, your father, your tribe, one of your friends" Astrid said
"Thanks for summering that up" Hiccup said still upset
"Why couldn't I have just killed that dragon when I found it on the woods? Would've been better for everyone"
"The rest of us would have done it" Astrid said
"Even me, and that comes from the boy that doesn't know if he fought one before" Blake said
"So why didn't you?" Astrid asked
"I don't know I couldn't" Hiccup said
"That's not an answer" Astrid replied
"Why this is so important all of the sudden?" Hiccup asked a little annoyed
"Because you are my best friend, and I saw your progress since you shot Toothless down" Blake said
"And I want to remember what you say right now" Astrid continued
"Oh, for the love of- I was a coward, I was weak, I wouldn't kill a dragon three hundred years and I'm the first Viking that wouldn't kill a dragon" Hiccup said
"But the first one to ride one" Astrid said
"Hiccup, I saw Toothless' face when you were about to kill him, he was as frightened as you, right?" Blake asked "You are right, also when I saw him, I saw myself" Hiccup said
"I bet he is frightened right now" Astrid said
"And knowing you Hiccup you will do something, am I right?" Blake said
"Yes, I will do something stupid" Hiccup said
"Good but you've already done that" Astrid said
"Then something crazy" Hiccup said running off
"And he's back" Blake said looking at Hiccup
"What are you going to do, Blake?" Astrid asked
"Me? Well, I'm going to bring some back up" Blake said running off as Hiccup did

Sometime later Hiccup was back at the arena in front of the cages "If you are here to get eaten, I'd definitely go with the Gronkle" Hiccup hear someone said, it was Fishlegs with the other teens except Blake
"If you were wise to seek help from the world's deadliest weapon it's me" Tuffnut said getting close to Hiccup, then Tuffnut was pushed by Snotlout "I love this plan" he said but he was pushed by Ruffnut
"You are crazy" she said "I like that" Ruffnut said trying to flirt with Hiccup but her hair was grabbed by Astrid pulling Ruffnut away "So what is the plan?" Astrid asked
"Wait, where is Blake?" Fishlegs asked
"Looking for me?!" a voice asked then all of the teens looked at the entrance of the arena and saw Blake who was standing there before walking towards them "Where were you?" Fishlegs asked
"Well let's just say I was looking for a friend, you can come in now!" Blake said then a roar was heard
All of the teens look at the entrance again just to see how Thunder entered the arena roaring again, when he finished, he walked towards Blake who gently patted him on the head
"IS THAT A-" all of the other teens screamed except for Hiccup and Astrid who already knew about Thunder "A Skrill? Yes, his name is Thunder"
"So, you had contact with dragons before you arrived at Berk?" Fishlegs asked a little nervous for Thunder's presence "I don't know, I met Thunder here at Berk"
"What do you mean that you don't know?" Snotlout asked
After that Blake had to explain to the other teens that he lost his memory and how he met Thunder "So that's why you never went back home, but what about your fighting skills? I still remember that day three months ago" Snotlout asked
"Well, I guess than my memory was damaged but my instincts are intact but that's not important now" Blake said before looking at Hiccup "Should we begin with your plan?"
Hiccup only nodded before walking to the Monstrous Nightmare cage

With Stoick and the Vikings, they were arriving at the dragon's nest, they were able to arrive with the help of Toothless who guide them, suddenly some broken ships appeared on the ocean meaning that they were close
"I was wondering where that went" Gobber joked in a failed attempt to cheer up the atmosphere, then they finally arrive at the nest
"Stay low and get ready your weapons, we're here" all of the Vikings started to get ready for the fight that was coming
