The group stood around the bloody body of the old man and you did your best not to focus on his split apart tongue which still made your stomach churn. Avdol scrutinized his face which was contorted into an agonized grimace, as did Joseph.
"No sign of DIO's flesh bud..." Joseph observed, squinting his eyes while looking at his forehead.
You crossed your arms over your chest, staying quiet while everyone tried to piece this situation and what the hell was going on in general together. It was quite the conundrum.
"That's strange..." Kakyoin mumbled under his breath.
Avdol cleared his throat as he looked between all of you, seemingly having come to a conclusion. "The tower of gray was always evil... killing innocence. He was driven by greed and so it must've been quite easy for DIO to sway him." he announced to the rest of you to which you nodded slowly. This world really was filled with so many genuinely terrible people, wasn't it? It made you sick to stomach thinking that somebody could gain pleasure and satisfaction from murdering innocent people, but then again, the person you were going after right now seemed to be the worst of the worst.
As all of you continued pondering, a can rolling down the aisle of the plane caught Joseph's attention. His eyebrows were drawn apart as he turned to look towards the cockpit and he let out a gasp.
"Shit, I don't want to freak you guys out... it could be my old age imagination but I get the feeling this plane is not flying straight anymore." he said and you immediately turned to stare at the man.
Your eyes were wide and the worry was plastered all over your face. His disconcerted expression and his nod only confirmed your concerns to be valid.
"Mm, just a cherry on top." you muttered as you pinched the bridge of your nose.
Joseph took off for the front of the plane, leaving everyone behind, completely and utterly baffled. That's it, you were never taking a flight ever again. So much for overcoming your fear.
"Mr. Joestar!" you called out after him.
Jotaro followed him first and you could hear the flight attendants in the front of the plane attempting to reason with the contumacious elderly man.
"Sorry sir but you can't be up here, the cockpit is right ahead and passengers can't-" they politely protested but he only pushed them aside.
"I know that!" he replied as if it were the most simple response in the world and then proceeded inside of the cockpit.
They called out after him, "Sir wait!" but their attempts were rendered useless.
Jotaro was behind them, and when they turned you could see their expressions shift. They looked up at him with bashful expressions, letting out lovestruck sighs that left you baffled. The plane was literally about to crash and they were busy fawning over him. You looked at them with your eyebrows drawn apart, because god you wished you could flirt with Jotaro and forget that you were mere minutes away from certain death.
"Move it bitch." Jotaro snapped at them as he pushed past the two women.
You winced at his tone, despite the words not being directed towards you. He really was ruthless when it came to women.
"Wow..." they sighed, looking after him as he disappeared into the cockpit after his grandfather.
Bruh moment.
This was far more than just bizarre and you gave them an apologetic look when you followed the other men into the cockpit as well.
"I am so sorry... Jotaro!" You apologized prior to calling after the tall teen with an accusatory tone.
