Chapter 2:Feelings

Gareth's POV

I walked to the school where the Hellfire club room is, I was blushing, blushing really hard to, I couldn't believe they kissed my cheek-! Do they like me?! What is this feeling in my stomach!? I feel nervous and I can't stop thinking about them!
Soon as I entered the DND room, Jeff noticed my extremely red face. "Dude, you ok?", Jeff asked as I looked over to him pulling him to the side to make sure Eddie and Phill doesn't hear us. "Y/N kissed my cheek.", I smiled big and wide, Jeff's face was in shock. "Wait dude really!? Your lucky!", Jeff said excitedly.
Eddie called us over to finish setting up the table. I zipped my lips for Jeff to understand to not say a word and he zipped his lips as well.

Y/N's POV

I was still blushing as I sat on my couch watching tv and drawing doodles of Gareth, I couldn't stop thinking about him. Eventually the phone rang, I went to go pick it up. "Hello", I answered. "Hey sweetheart", it was my mom, "me and your dad are on a business trip for 2 months. There money in me and your fathers room for you in the night stand on the right.". I looked down at the floor and replied, "ok mom..", "We're sorry sweetheart...we love you bye.", mom hung up before I could even say I love you back.

Hours flew by, I packed a bag or 2, put Opal in her carrier, and walked to Dustin's house. "Hey Dustin..", I said while shedding tears, I never had a chance to actually be with my parents. "Parents gone again?", Dustin replied as I nodded. He guided me into his house and took me to the guest room. "I'll grab you a snack and you can get some rest.", Dustin said checking in on me.
Dustin's mom always knows I'm at her house, she's really close with my parents.
Dustin brought my snacks and we watched a movie, it was nice.

The next day: 10:53 am

I went to go see Gareth, Jeff, and Phill. They were all rehearsing for their show next week till hell it's self popped up, Jason, the dick king of the school.

Gareth got up and said, "A lil early fellas, shows not till next week", a guy replied, "Oh, that was music you were playing?".

Jason looked at Gareth and said "We're looking for Eddie Munson, he's in this band, if thats what you can even call this."

"What do you care?", Gareth replied.

"That's our business.", said Jason.

Gareth then looked over and saw Lucas. "Lucas? What are you doing with these douchebags?", Jason looked over at Lucas and asked, "You know these freaks, Sinclair?", Lucas replied, "Uh—they know my sister, they tried to recruit me to their club—cult", Jeff looked Lucas and said, "Lucas, what the hell?", Lucas replied "We're just trying to find Eddie, man.", Gareth replied, "Well you have eyes don't you, he not here."
I stood up getting closer.
Jason stood for a second and punched Gareth right in his face mean while two boys grabs Jeff and Phill, Lucas stood back watching almost as if he's scared. I yelled at Jason to get off Gareth trying my best to pull him off but Jason pushed me away into the wall and yelled "WATCH YOUR SELF, Y/N!", he stared shaking Gareth asking where is Eddie but Gareth continues to yell he doesn't know. Jason punched him in the stomach throwing him into the his drum set. Jeff yelled at Jason to let him go. I was still a bit dizzy, but I saw Jason stepping onto Gareth's hand, he was in pain. "It's gonna be hard to play those drums with a broken hand!", Jason yelled as Gareth screamed in pain of his hand being crushed. "Dustin!", Gareth said.
"What?", Jason replied, "Dustin Henderson!", "What!?", "Dustin Henderson! Man he was..he was calling around looking for Eddie. Maybe he found him!", Gareth said gritting his teeth through the pain. "See? That wasn't so hard, was it?", said Jason, "Now...where can we find this 'Dustin'"

Once Jason and his crew left, I crawled over to Gareth picking him up by his head. "Gareth...", I said gently holding his injured hand, "Jeff, Phill, grab me a ice pack and bandages", they quickly got the things I asked for as I moved Gareth to the couch.

Gareth's POV

That asshole Jason...he doesn't know what he has come for him next. I looked over at Y/N, they looked ok, not to hurt. They gently wiped my hand in rubbing alcohol, which stings. Being taken care of by Y/N feels nice, they're so gentle.

After we were done with everything, Jeff and Phill left, Y/N decided to stay, I didn't mind. We watched a movie, they picked out a romance movie, I didn't mind. Meanwhile, I caught them looking at me, we looked in each other's eyes for awhile and kissed.
