I walked back into the living room and was immediately bombarded with questions about this stupid wedding. Why am I the only one who is being tortured, why isn't Ryder apart of this conversation... ugh! I seriously hate life.

Ryder finally walked into the living room and sat down beside me eating an apple. How rude! I have been in this house for hours and he hasn't even offered me any food. I just stared at the apple going into his mouth... I'm so hungry.

"where do you want to get married?" Ryder's mum asked me

I honestly couldn't care less. I just want this wedding to be over and done with so I can divorce him faster.

"I'm not sure, not really thought about it, what do you think Ryder?"

He is not getting away with this so easily, I will make him take part in this!

"wherever you want babe, I don't mind as long as I get to see you all dressed up for me" The bastard just smirked at me, ugh! I hate him!

This is so boring. I poked Ryder in the arm, nothing! Ugh! I poked him again, he looked at me and mouthed what? I told him I was bored, and he just shrugged his shoulders. What a dick! I started to look around the room when a picture caught my eye.

"Where did you take that picture?" I asked

Everyone looked at where I was looking, Ryder however, just stared at me. That was so rude. Why did I ask that? Oh god! What is wrong with you Scarlett, why can't you learn to shut up sometimes.

"We took that on your parents wedding day, that's the venue they had" Ryder's mum said.

I looked at dad, he nodded his head and smiled.

"It was a beautiful venue and your mum couldn't stop talking about it for days" My dad said smiling as he remembered his wedding day

"The venue does look gorgeous, I'd love to get married there if I could"

I realised what I just said and quickly closed my mouth. Ryder looked at me shocked that I would say something like that. Ryder's mum however, just looked at me and smiled. She then went onto her laptop and after what seemed like hours of silence, she finally spoke up

"That venue is free in 2 months, we can get it for you if you want?" She asked

"it looks expensive though, let's just get somewhere that's cheaper and more affordable" I told her

"Sweetie, do you like that venue? My dad asked

"yeah? But it's fine" I told him trying to stop the idea of them booking something so expensive

"your mum and I have been saving up for your wedding day the day you were born as well as your college funds, we can afford it if you want it"

"really? You can?" I said excitedly

"yes! we will book it tomorrow"

For some reason I was really excited to get married now. I had the perfect venue, and the perfect house. Shame about the husband

I looked at the time. It was 8pm, jasmine had texted me asking me to meet her at 10. I texted back saying okay and then looked at Scarlett. Why was she so excited? She looked cute... wait what? No, she doesn't Ryder, you don't like her, she is not your type.
