I don't own Naruto, there that's my disclaimer.

Waking before the alarm went off, Sakura lay in bed reading some medical scrolls that she'd found in the Hyuga library. It wasn't anything too in-depth, more of just a light reading of sorts. It helped her to understand how to heal the chakra points, the ones that had been closed by the assailant. She'd found that the Hyuga library provided insight into different ways of healing certain organs and tissues. Some were common knowledge, others not so much. It helped teach Hanabi, it was even helpful for her.

Jotting notes down for what scrolls Hanabi should be reading and other things to work on while away. It would give her student something to work on while she finished her current mission. Packing up her things, she hurried to get dressed. Breakfast was soon and she still had some things to sort out. Grabbing her bag and notepad, she made her way to the dining room. Now one might think that she was avoiding a certain Hyuga. You would be right! Yesterday was a complicated day and one that was still heavy on her mind.

Being the first one there, she got out her items continuing to work. However, she wasn't alone for too long. Hiashi was the next one to enter, surprised to see her and working at the table as he had done. Greeting one another, he sat down opening his scroll. Before long Hinata and Hanabi joined them, offering them greetings. She finished up the work, there was a lot of it. Maybe overkill. Neji was the last to join them, coming to take his spot after greetings were had.

"Everything okay? I came to your room this morning, but you weren't there." Neji spoke softly

"Yeah, I was up early. I did some reading before preparing a lesson for Hanabi today."
Neji nodded, almost sounded like there was disappointment in his voice. With breakfast served, they all dug in. With this meal toping the quietest, as three out of the five had scrolls in their hands. Hanabi looked exhausted, it wasn't from their training Sakura wasn't sure what it might be. Hiashi finished hurriedly, barely saying a word as he left them.

"Father is stressed, he normally gets a good day out." Hinata made note

"He goes through these spells, they're not abnormal." Neji pointed out. Clearly, he wasn't curious like Hinata

"What's to be stressed about? Half the time he brings it on himself." Hanabi spoke

"You do not understand half of what the clan head is responsible for. Let alone the clan head for one of the largest clans of the village. I guess this is as good a time as any to give you your work for today." Giving the scrolls and paper over to her student who looked on shell-shocked. Her eyes became large when she saw the other books and scrolls, all she had to read. "On top of that, I want a self-reflection paper with what you have learned from each of the readings you do. I want a detailed description of your healing techniques and how to treat different parts of the body, down to the nerves. All is written out and I expect it done by tomorrow. Understood?" Sakura spoke firm and clear

"Hai, sensei." Hanabi bowed her head

"If you're done, I would recommend getting to work."

Nodding, Hanabi gathered her new items before rushing out of the room.

Hinata chuckled. "Are you sure you don't want a permanent teaching job? I mean that was good. If you can get through to her stubborn ass, imagine who you could deal with. She normally doesn't deal well with being reprimanded."

"No, I'm good. It has been fun and a learning experience, I miss missions truthfully. I hope that when the time comes, I can return to them. Plus, I can't stand bad-mouthing."

"Good, this is something she won't forget anytime soon!" Hinata spoke standing, "I have a mission with my team, I'll be back in about a week. I want to go see Naruto before I head out."
