The boys and I were wandering in this peaceful suburb. I liked it. It was calm and we could even hear the birds chippering and singing. The non-polluted air was good for my lungs and as I looked around a smile crept on my face.

"What are you thinking about?" I looked at Jungkook who appeared behind me.

"Nothing much." I sang out.

"Liar." He laughed and pinched my cheek.

"Yah!" I slapped his hand away playfully and we both laughed.

"Tell me what you're thinking." He pouted and made his doe eyes. I mean... how could I refuse that?

After a few seconds, I rolled my eyes. "Fine! Fine!" We giggled. "I like this place." I turned on myself and observed the houses around that must have been happy family houses a long time ago. Even if a lot of greenery was growing everywhere, I knew that even back then it was peaceful. "Maybe that's dumb. But if we were the last humans on earth, I'd like us to finish our days here."

We looked at each other. "You'd like my brother and me to stay by your side forever?"

I nodded without uncertainty.

"You didn't hesitate..." He looked down and blushed.

"Of course, I didn't hesitate."

"Even after we betrayed you?"

"You came back." I smiled. I was a bit angry in the beginning but now I knew that if we were them, Jin would probably have left them behind too, but Jin was more likely to never come back.

"I promised you."

I tried to hide the blush heating up my cheeks.

"You're right, this place looks beautiful."

"It reminds me of the neighborhood we lived in." Jimin joined in the conversation because he heard us.

"Oh, you're right!" Jungkook said realizing his brother's words.

"Our parents used to organize huge barbecues parties and they invited a lot of people. We always enjoyed these times with our brothers." Jungkook nodded again, acknowledging the story. "The weirdest thing is that I remember the smell the most. The smoke, the fresh cut grass, the sausages, the meat..."

"Hyung stop, I'm hungry now!" Jungkook whined like a five-year-old which made us laugh.

I noticed Jin walking further from us, his face was closed like always but I knew he was listening to us.

"That was the good old time..." Jimin sighed.

I looked at him and noticed his plumb lips formed a pout. I smiled at the sight, he was cute. They've come from far too.

I noticed Jin entering a house so I followed him. Of course, the place was a mess and filled with little inhabitants and all sorts of small animals. But I easily imagined how it used to be before. I imagined a family with three kids, a boy, and two girls. I shook my head at my nonsense and joined Jin who was sitting on top of the kitchen island.

He didn't look well.

"Oh, Jin. Are you okay?" He nodded but didn't look at me.

He didn't seem disposed to speak. I sat down next to him, letting my legs swing because of my little height.
